Rated 1 out of 5 by from We Despise Our Mattress This thing is like sleeping on the sidewalk - it's that hard. So we had to buy the Tempurpedic Mattress Topper. It makes it tolerable, but it shifts and then our pillows fall between the mattress and our headboard. Plus, it adds another 3" to a ridiculously high mattress so that atop the Tempur-Ergo, it's too tall for our pets to even jump on or off the bed safely, but what bothers me most is that there are no comforters that will cover up the base and side rails of our bed. It just looks stupid. It's our fault that we moved to another state during the 120 day return window and then we held our daughter's wedding and by the time we could actually think about returning it, the window for doing so had lapsed. So here we are with an expensive mattress that we regret buying EVERY SINGLE DAY! I'd give my eye teeth for the Beautyrest Black, which is what I wanted when we went to the store, but the salesman talked us into this one, regrettably. The Tempur-LuxeBreeze we tried in the store was not as hard as the one we got, but now we're stuck with it.

I was told a delivery date and the mattress arrived two weeks after that date. Communication and updates was terrible and nothing was ever done to remedy my mattress arriving two weeks late.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Back Support! Years ago, I bought the old-school Temperpedic Mattress, I ended up returning it after a month of trying it out. It was WAY to hot for me. I was reluctant to get another one, but after talking with the salesman at Mattress Firm, he convinced me to give the "new generation" of Temperpedic Mattresses a second chance. I'm so glad I did!!! They have reformulated the foam so it pulls the heat away from your body. Unbelievable difference! I bought the "Hybrid" Temperpedic mattress which is made with both foam and springs. It has 1300 innersprings which offers excellent back support. I've had a bad back for years. I had back surgery last year, and trying to find a comfortable position on my old bed was impossible. That's why we finally made the decision to get a new mattress. The first night on the new mattress was very comfortable. I woke up in the morning with NO back pain for the first time in years. After the next morning, I knew then, that we had made the right choice in buying this bed. I've been sleeping on it for over a month now, and it's only gotten better. We also bought the Ergo adjustable bed frame, so we can move the mattress up and down for watching TV, and for elevating my swollen legs occasionally. I'm extremely happy with this bed set.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Medium mattress extremely firm with strong smell Received this mattress after testing it in the store and found it to be a completely different mattress than what I laid on in the store. It is extremely firm even after a month of use. A little bit softer after a month. I've been told that it's supposed to break in, but I'm nervous about that. Also, the smell is extremely offputting and strong. It has faded, but is still there a little bit even after a month. My husband hates the mattress. I don't understand why it feels so different from store tester. At this point it seems like it will take a year to break in. We owned the temper cloud breeze before, and it had a nicer feel. They don't make that one anymore though.

Quite frankly the first one we had it for more than 20 years at home. It was done in. The new mattress is a for sure "good nights sleep"! We wake up rested and a lot less aches and pain. We have Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our vacation homes as well. I can imagen sleeping on a regular mattress. I love, love, love my tempur-Pedic :))

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Supportive Bed Great Bed once you get it broke in. Your back will be soar for a few days and takes about 30days to really get use to the bed. But I think it is worth it and getting better nights of sleep. Price is a bit much but how much can you put on a good night's sleep to you. Overall I would buy it again and feel comfortable doing so.

As someone who loves a cold pillow or a chilled blanket, this mattress is just amazing. There's something about a little chill before getting warm that just makes it extra cozy, and this mattress delivers on that extremely well. The softness is great for allowing my body to mold into the mattress without feeling like I'm sinking in or that the mattress is being misshaped. I've slept for short periods of time (2-3 hours) and wake up like I've slept until the next day! The words here do not do it justice if you don't experience it for yourself. It's made my sleep quality increase significantly and I would be more than happy to recommend it!

It has literally changed our lives. Although a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. The smell of the new mattress goes away quickly. Anyone who has any kind of back problems needs to check this bed out! Adjustable bed is a must.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Replacement I am not happy to pay shipping again for a product that was defective I could see if I just didn't like it or changed my mind for some things it should be an exception barely had the mattress 6 months before I noticed a huge lump in the mattress like the foam was rolling up mind you this is about over 6 graded mattress not including the adjustable base which is like 3 grand and they would not waive it at all I could see if I did something you can clearly see it's like brand new no rip tears spills nothing and I had to pay shipping again to get something of this quality should not be defective so quickly and customer should t be penalized I won't recommend or be a future customer and this isn't right at all got this mattress from kanes and had to go though another service to get this resolved it was too much too soon

The out come has been nothing but the best night rest ever! The bed is cool to touch on warm nights. If you love a cool bed than this I'd for you. It's built to last and made out of some of the best materials there is. I wouldn't say it's soft it is more of a medium between hard and medium hard. The mattress is very heavy takes more than two people to man handle it. Over all if you looking for a good night rest, staying cool, and overall good sleep than this is for you!!

Also poor customer support that makes you go through hoops under your warranty only to end up saying - oh that's just the mattress.

We just bought the Tempurpedic LuxeBreeze and it doesn't disappoint. Outstanding construction, the medium hybrid provides very comfortable support and we love the adjustable base. Although a pricey purchase, the quality is superior and at our age (very physically active seniors) a good nights sleep is very important. An excellent choice for individuals who suffer with arthritis, fibromyalgia or disorders that cause generalized pain. An important factor for us, the adjustable base and mattress easily accommodates an upholstered bed frame with no difficulty.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for us My husband and I are having the same experience of tossing and turning all night and waking with sore shoulders, we are very sleep deprived since sleeping on our recently purchased Tempurpedic LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid mattress. This bed is very hard and hasn't softened in the 2 months we've slept on it. We're exchanging it for a Luxe Adapt Soft and hope we'll sleep better on that.
