Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very uncomfortable We tried the mattress in the store and we liked the way it felt. The mattress that that we received is like sleeping on concrete. It ahs been three weeks and we have not been able to sleep well at all. We are giving this mattress a month and then we are returning it if it doesn't break in. For close to $7,000 we shouldn't have to walk on it and crawl on it. We are very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable, Dissatisfied I have had my new Tepur Luxe Breeze for 4 nights, the 4 worst nights of sleep I have ever had. I am not sleeping at night can not get comfortable, I get up with a back ache in the morning. Wish I had asked more questions when I bought it, now I have to wait 60 days before I can return and something else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second Tempur-pedic mattress This is my second Tempur-pedic mattress. My first Tempur-pedic mattress lasted me 15 years. Buying another was an obvious choice. I have the new luxebreeze firm and I could not be any happier. Once you buy a Tempur-pedic mattress, you will never go back. With the adjustable bedframe my sleep has changed dramatically. no more back pain,better deep sleep, and REM sleep. I love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A supposedly "soft" mattress that is hard as a brick! I purchased this LuxeBreeze Soft mattress to replicate a Cloud Luxe mattress that I purchased 5-6 years ago. I was told by the salesperson that this LuxeBreeze Soft mattress was the replacement to the Cloud Luxe mattress I also have. This was the furthest from the truth, this LuxeBreeze Soft mattress is as "soft" as my concrete driveway! As a side sleeper, this mattress hurts my shoulder so much I can't sleep on my side for more than 30 minutes without having to either switch to my other side or attempt to lay on my back or stomach to sleep. There is absolutely nothing comfortable about this mattress! I have had this mattress over 4 months and have yet to get a full night of restful sleep. I have a difficult time believing this is a "soft" mattress, when it's a firm as this one is. To say I regret this purchase is the understatement of the year.

With scoliosis and snapping scapula syndrome, I've lived with daily discomfort-but since getting this mattress, I HAVEN'T FELT PAIN. I'm beyond GRATEFUL. I was skeptical; I didn't think a mattress could make such a HUGE difference. But let me tell you: it has TRANSFORMED my life. I wake up with ENERGY, I feel RESTED, and it's the BEST investment I've ever made. If you're considering it, don't even look at other brands. NOTHING ELSE COMPARES. You will NOT be disappointed. If you can, go for this model. It's worth EVERY penny. Investing in this mattress will change your life and your sleep FOREVER, and I'm truly THANKFUL I found it. There is not a single thing I dislike about this matress.

The frustration that we encountered was in the registration process. We needed to have the serial #'s of the bases and the mattresses. If somebody had taken the time to get the serial numbers of the bases and the mattresses before everything was setup and the bed made it would have made it a lot easier to register the product(s). Please have that noted to the installation team(s).

Would really love it it is serial numbers were more accessible or if at least the delivery people would tell you to get them before the bed is put together. Practically impossible to get the information to register after bed is set up.

I'm now 39 and that mattress that I bought at 18 still looks and feels like it is brand new. A few years ago I upgraded to a luxe breeze soft 1.0 and just a few weeks ago upgraded to a luxe breeze 2.0. They are all great beds and I won't buy anything else. I now also own their best adjustable base and it's absolutely perfect.

Just like the sales associate said it would. Adjustable base is just what is needed depending on the night and how I feel. I am happy with my purchase and the guidence given me by Gigi Yarc at the Mission Viejo Store.

This one isn't just a different mattress, it's a new sleep experience. The way it conforms to your body keeps you asleep more than a standard mattress. A+ cooling. Love it. Only downside is that sometimes it still overheats but that's probably me.

I ordered the soft mattress because reviews I read indicated the Tempur-LuxeBreeze soft is actually firmer than other soft rated mattresses. It couldn't be more comfortable. I am 74 years old and my joints are very happy the morning after a good night sleep. Before going to sleep I recline in the zero gravity position and read as long as I can stay awake, which is not long! I do not want to leave home to sleep in another bed.

We have adjusted to it (from a soft hybrid mattress) and can honestly say it's comfortable and supportive. The cooling technology advertised is a total gimmick. This is the hotttest mattress I have ever owned, and the cooling cover (cool to the touch) actually traps heat. We took off the cover and put on a more breathable mattress pad. I am just glad we didn't purchase at full price, because this mattress is not even close to worth it. Buyer beware.
