Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for us My husband and I are having the same experience of tossing and turning all night and waking with sore shoulders, we are very sleep deprived since sleeping on our recently purchased Tempurpedic LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid mattress. This bed is very hard and hasn't softened in the 2 months we've slept on it. We're exchanging it for a Luxe Adapt Soft and hope we'll sleep better on that.

It's comfortable for my side sleeping and my husband doesn't seem to be snorting as much.... All good. However, the chemical smell from the mattress still bothers us. We have let it air out for days and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Will keep it for another month. If it still smells after 30 days, We will take it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool comfortable and supportive! We got the king luxebreeze firm to replace an 18 year old tempurpedic rhapsody firm! I was starting to sleep really hot and that old tempur material was no help! I am now able to keep the ambient temp higher and sleep more comfortably! This mattress does not heat you up like other memory foams! Love the feel of a brand new tempurpedic! I know it seems expensive, however in the long run it is not! Saves money on chiropractic adjustments! Also replace less often than any other mattress hands down! Love tempur!!!

The coolness goes away within a couple minutes after laying in bed. I am so mad I spent a lot of money on this mattress. And this companies customers service is horrible.

It is not worth the price. I woke up with ache back and body every morning. I weight 167 5'10' so I am skinny guy. I feel like I sink on this mattress. I slept better on cheaper mattresses.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy!!! Buyer beware!! Read their fine print and don't believe the sales person when they tell you that this product gets better with time. I don't typically write reviews, but I don't want someone else to suffer like I am currently suffering now. I am currently undergoing physical therapy, 2x/week stretches at stretch zone, acupuncture, and lots of muscle relaxant. My nightmare with tempur- pedic started barely a year ago. I bought the Luxe soft for over $8000 at mattress firm. I thought I was investing to have great nights of quality sleep not knowing I has been sold "crap". What was delivered was different from what I tried in the store. The store manager made it sound like that was how it was supposed to be, and I should give it time that it was going to be soft. He told me that I should literally "stomp" on it and raise the temperature in the room. I did all that and was waiting patiently for my mattress and pillows (all tempur-pedic products) to be soft just like it was in the store. I started developing acute neck, shoulder, and back pain and noticed anytime I travelled and didn't sleep on my bed I felt better. I called the store and was told my one year has passed; I tried contacting the corporate office and was told my claims was out of their warranty guideline. Their customer service both at the store and corporate office was horrible; you cannot talk to someone on the phone about your claim, it has to be only via email. I was literally told to go trash the mattress I bought for over $8000 barley a year ago or buy their mattress topper. I could have honestly been better of buying a "regular mattress" which I am currently sleeping on in our guest room and getting better with my pain situation. Don't fall for the hype!

Sleeping on it felt like lying on a table, and I woke up with back pain every morning. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a comfortable and soft sleeping experience.

For once in 30 years I managed to sleep 2 hrs straight over 10 and 15 minutes. It may sound funny but it is truly a blessing as I got a couple 2 hr sleeps throughout the night. I highly recommend this mattress. It is really comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best mattress we have ever owned! I like a firm mattress and my husband likes soft, in fact a latex mattress is his preference, until now. I never thought we could agree on a mattress. However, the Tempur-LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid solved the dilemma. The memory foam gave him the soft feel he wanted and the springs gave me the firmness my back needed. I can't attest to the cooling factor yet. It's been record breaking cold temps here in Tennessee for the last couple of weeks, but I expect it will perform just fine. My only complaint is that the mattress is so heavy, it's difficult to tuck the sheets in under it. However, we haven't had the mattress a month yet and we are sold!

Honestly, my only complaint is the delivery team should have gave us an option to take a picture of serial numbers before set-up, as getting to this information is not easy once the bed is set-up. We held out buying a new bed for years and were sleeping on a sleep number bed that we were very unhappy with and finally made the decision, so glad we did! I look forward to bedtime now! It is great not waking up in a sweat too... I honestly cannot be happier with my purchase.

I haven't slept this well in a long time. I actually look forward to sleeping now. It provides just enough cushioning but is still firm in the medium hybrid. I am primarily a side sleeper.

Took 4 separate reps to "resolve" my issue much to my dissatisfaction and left a bad experience overall. The contracted delivery team received the mattress and took an extra week to schedule a date to actually deliver it to my home, a much smaller bother however worth mentioning your experience will vary with whom the contract for it. The mattress itself was like laying on a board at first even being the soft version. I've been informed there is a period of time it takes for the mattress to break in, so we'll see. The first couple weeks I have noticed it softening up and conforming to my body so I'm hopeful. It's the classic memory foam feel and is only cool at first. It doesn't keep you cool overnight much to my disappointment. At the 5k price point, it's certainly not worth it.
