They allow a form on line take pictures of receipt, take pictures of the bed and last turn your mattress over and take a picture of a tag! We are elderly it's hard. The store we bought it from doesn't help! They don't carry the warranty! Great! It's only 4 years old and it's sagging at the bottom of the bed. After 3 calls to warranty a nice women suggest we get a mail in warranty not on line because the pictures I took on my phone I didn't know how to make them smaller ! So frustrating

Sleeping on the floor I have a bad back and spent allot of this mattress. They do not last like they used to. Very unhappy

My normal morning back pain was gone. I tore the sheets apart to find it was a Temper Pro Adapt mattress on an Ergo power base. After some hemming and hawing, I bit the bullet and WOW I shouldn't have hesitated. sleep better, feel more refreshed, but most important - no more morning back pain! It's been a game changer.

It is a bit overpriced and the "white glove" delivery only will deliver on Wednesday and Friday and you cannot choose time so it's very inconvenient to receive

My wife is having Scoliosis now due to this product. And there is no customer support for this at all. Do not get it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sagging in Less than a Year First few months it was great, but it's aged even more poorly than your average mattress and we seriously regret spending up for what we thought would be a quality product made to last. We did not buy the matching foundation, but our wood slats are well within the provided guidelines. Submitted a warranty claim, and until sag is bad enough you can see a full inch of sag without someone physically on the mattress they will not replace. Go with a cheaper option, you're not buying the product you think here.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It is definitely firm When you lay on the mattress you get the feeling as if you were in a sound proof room. Your movements are not free raged all over the bed. It's more like your body is absorbed where you lie, and it feels like a very slow quick sand until you fall asleep. It takes like 6 to 7 months to really soften up to your sleep positions, but is still firm enough to support your back. If you have an adjustable base it will not conform as well as the softer mattresses because it is Firm. Unless, you use the new lumbar support adjustable base by TempurPedic. Although, while laying down, it flexes some; it needs body weight. I have tried several mattresses from Sleep Number, to Purple mattresses even Hybrid mattresses and Organic mattresses. Tempur pedic is the best one, especially if you have joint pain, musculoskeletal issues and fibromyalgia this is the mattress for you. Also, if you have sensitive skin it is great since it doesn't compress the skin, is dust-mite resistant and less likely to attract bedbugs. I chose a Firm mattress, because I know over time the mattresses get softer. Also, I didn't want to have to buy another mattress for a very long time. Of course you choose one to your own comfort and needs. I do recommend you go to a Tempur Pedic store first and try the different types, do your homework before you make a selection. Remember your bed is the one place you go to release, relax and rest..choose it well. Its the one investment you won't regret!

It is quite tall, and may be a problem for those who are short, or have mobility issues. My only complaint, after six weeks, is the outgassing of the bed. Initially the smell was very strong, so I did not even use the bed for the first 10 nights!

We purchased our first TempurPedic 20 years ago and it was just recently we decided to purchase a new one. We knew we didn't have to go mattress shopping because TempurPedic won hands down. It served us well all these years and was still in excellent condition; however, I wanted a new one with increased firmness. I like firm mattresses, and after 13 years, I decided we deserved a new one, and it would be another Tempur-Pedic. When our new one arrived, we gave our old one to my wife's twin sister who lives with us. She too loves it as we did. A Tempur-Pedic mattress is an investment in your wellbeing; it pays a daily dividend of a good night's sleep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unexpected, amazing relief I have purchased way too mattresses in the past 10 years, searching for a good nights sleep. Finally, Tempurpedic Proadapt Firm mattress has given me reliably great rest every single night. Each night I go to bed and I think the mattress might be too hard for me, as I seem to lie on top of it rather than in it, however that thought lasts about 5-10 minutes and next I know, I'm waking up 8 hours later with no shoulder/ hip/ back pain. I also purchased the Adapt Prolo+cooling pillow and that, too, is a game changer for me ...no more neck pain. This purchase has genuinely changed my life for the better. No more Ibuprofen, no more Acetaminophen. I hope that everyone can find the relief I am enjoying.

None were as adaptable and supportive to our contours as this Tempurpedic. We picked up the pillows when we purchased the mattress while waiting for mattress delivery, and they are a definite 10 as well.

I contacted the company and they made good on their warranty with no problems. I have recommended their product to several people. We have Tempur-pedic split king beds in two locations and we sleep great in both.

We checked out other brands but are extremely pleased we settled on Tempurpedic after our son and daughter-in-law recounted their satisfaction with their purchase of the 2021 version of these two pieces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Took a while to become perfect [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, at week two I was ready to leverage my free 90 day trial and return this mattress because it was not that comfortable and I was still waking up with sore joints. However, Tempurpedic customer service urged me to keep it because they said it takes at least 30 days to mold to your body and then you will feel the full benefits of the mattress. Well, they were correct because after 30 days, it felt so amazing I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning and the aches and pains of my joints certainly went away. Thanks Tempurpedic for making an incredible mattress that's helping me sleep better!

It is very firm and yet molds to your body and you feel well rested after sleeping on it. I know all this Nasa research and engineering went into making this mattress, but all I really know is it provides the best sleep!
