Rated 1 out of 5 by from Registration requires serial number from tag AFTER deliverymen set up bed and we made up with new linens, we discovered registration form required serial number from a tag on underside of mattress on headboard side. My elderly wife had to completely strip and take off the mattress to find it. The tag should be more accessible or the delivery process should have done this in advance. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

When I tell you I have switched rooms this new quality of sleep is amazing. It's like sleeping on a body contouring marshmallow. It keeps you cool through the night which is rare. I'm use to pillow tops and was very surprised by the comfort .Everyone in my home be wanting to keep the bed to themselves.

I generally prefer a soft/medium mattress and my husband likes the bed on the firmer side. We got the Temper-ProAdapt in medium and have both been very comfortable. When you first lay on it, the mattress feels quite firm (to me) but gently forms to your body and feels very supportive. It doesn't feel like you are sinking into the mattress, it is still comfortable to move or turn. And it was immediately comfortable from the first night. It also seems to stay cooler than our last mattress, we both sleep warm so that is a huge plus. We've also experienced little to no movement transfer, neither of us stirs when the other gets into our out of bed, which is really important because we aren't always on the same schedule. I also really appreciate that the mattress is very light. I like to keep our sheets really tight, so I lift each corner of the mattress and it is SO much lighter than our old mattress. I've been a side sleeper for my whole life and try sleeping on my back from time to time because I hear it is better for us and this mattress is the most comfortable I've been sleeping on my back. The delivery process was easy to set up and the gentlemen who brought it were pleasant and professional. It's been a couple of weeks and we are loving our mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with a body ache, painful shoulder, not well rested and tired before using tempur pedic firm mattress. When the tenpur pedic mattress arrived, I was skeptical initially because it says firm because when I lay down on it, the mattress slightly conforms to my body. After a week of using it, I wake up everyday without bodyaches!!! My shoulder pain from sleeping on my sides are gone! I wake up fresh and well rested! There's a cooling effect on top of the mattress as well that will definitely help during summer season. I've finally found the mattress that my body loves sleeping on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Night Slept on our new mattress (ProAdapt 2.0 Hybrid Med.) for a couple of weeks now and am very happy. I'm not waking up with a backache or neck pain. My boyfriend's shoulder isn't hurting when he wakes up. The best part is I'm not falling into a hole anymore. My boyfriend weighs much more than I do and I always had to climb out of the whole in the mattress and cling to the side of the bed. No more, mattress is flat even when he lays down. That alone was worth buying this mattress!

I have been using this mattress since I received it, and must say, my back aches are completely gone. This was the first time trying a tempur pedic mattress, so I was unsure about how my back would take to it, but it has been the best change. The mattress is firm enough to where you don't sink in, but soft enough to where it kind of molds to the body. It's amazing.

I had trouble sleeping because of tossing, turning, and being uncomfortable on my old mattress. The first night I slept on this mattress, I drifted off. I have been having fewer sleep disturbances and less back pain, and I notice I don't toss and turn to get into a comfortable position to fall asleep. I am so happy I chose the Pro-adapt Hybrid mattress and could get a decent night's sleep.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NEW experience We have had the ProAdapt Soft mattress for almost 1 month (January-February) and we are still getting used to it. Initially the mattress was hard as a rock. We put an electric blanket on top and increased the thermostat to 72 degrees to help "break it in" and it took 3.5 weeks but it is now "somewhat soft". It appears to get much warmer throughout the night when compared to the memory foam we previously had.

The first night, I woke up with a hip ache from sleeping on my side. We've had this king size mattress for about a month now, and it's getting more comfortable as time passes and we break it in. I prefer a plush-type mattress and this is what me and my partner settled on for the both of us. I have sleep issues such as insomnia, tossing and turning, waking up frequently, back problems, etc. I can't say that this mattress has improved any of the issues I have that much. My back does feel a bit better compared to my last mattress. The mattress is comfortable when you are laying down. My partner really likes it, but he doesn't really have any sleep issues. Honestly, I'm not as impressed as I thought I'd be with all the hype that Tempur-Pedic mattresses get. But I do think this is probably a great fit for some people out there. Just not sure if I'm that person since it's only been a month of sleeping on it. All in all, I do think I would recommend this to the right person. It is a nice mattress. But like I said, just not sure if it's for me, yet.

It took me a few nights to realize that I was sleeping so soundly that I wasn't awake tossing and turning, looking at the clock or getting up to go to my recliner. My aches and pains are gone or lessened. The mattress does not move when my husband does. The mattress is what it is hyped to be, a wonder.

I basically had to disassemble the product rendering the money I paid for delivery and assembly moot. I still don't see it where the chat bot says it should be. Terrible experience so far.

I was expecting it to help with my lower back pain and I was blown away when it pretty much got rid it altogether. It's the perfect amount of support and relief if you spend a lot of time sitting. I look forward to going to sleep every day and that's something I hadn't been able to do with my old mattress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best investment [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not joking when I say I was debating between getting a new car or a new mattress and I have no regrets in choosing the mattress. I opted for the soft after days and days of debating. I didn't want to spend all this money to start sinking in an ultra soft mattress. However, it's not ultra soft, I actually was nervous it was too stiff at first. It is the perfect amount of sink into it while still being super supportive. I actually could not figure out why I was having such a hard time waking up for work even though I wasn't exhausted and it took me a week to realize it was because I was sleeping SO good, I was just literally not used to getting that good of sleep. For reference I am 5 feet tall and 140 pounds. I feel that information is crucial in reading reviews on a mattress I want. I am very glad I did not get the medium.

It is not softening nearly as much as I want - it's still not like the showroom mattress or the two different soft tempur pedic mattresses I've slept on in the past. I'm 3 1/2 weeks in to the 'break in' period and I hope it improves soon. I'm disappointed - I was really looking forward to a great experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product and terrible customer service I paid thirty-seven hundred for this mattress less than 3 years prior to writing this review. The sidewall where I get onto the bed has collapsed and there is a massive section of mattress that is sagging about 10 inches. Sometimes I have even rolled off the bed there. I filed a warranty claim which was rejected. They made several assertions about why it was rejected none of which actually applied to my mattress. They claimed the cover was damaged even though the cover was not even on it in the photos I sent. They claimed I did not use a cover despite there being a cover on the same reciept. In fact I have used two covers most of the time. They then claimed it mattress had not been stored properly but it had never been stored and was in the same place on the same base when it was delivered. The damage was literally only because on getting on and off the bed. I am not overweight or anything like that either. If they think I am just going to stay silent after spending so much less than 3 years ago they are mistaken. I am not faced with taking the company to court to get this solved. Terrible company, terrible product.

Our previous mattress was medium density but we needed more support after sustaining injuries over the years. I started to have hip pain and my husband back pain. The firm density instantly began to reduce our pain. It took around 1 week to break in the mattress as expected. We are sleeping peacefully and with dramatically reduced pain at night. We are Tempur Pedic clients for life.
