Exceptional quality for the price. Easy to put together, but because of their weight, definitely easier with two people helping. A bit of a hassle with customer service on the first order because they wanted proof of I'd, drivers license etc. But second order went smooth.

The only downside was how long it took to ship. Other than that, another great experience with Purple products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Products Except the Frame Really have enjoyed the purple products but our frame has been squeaking sense the first month of owning it. We have even tried spraying the bolts with WD but it's hard to find the right squeaky one, then when you do another one starts. Over time they seem to be getting worse, we have had this for a year and the frame keeps getting g more squeaky. This is one product that could use some work.

However, this bed frame has become incredibly squeaky after only the first few months of us. Every toss and turn I make, the metal just sounds like a chorus of balloons slowly letting the air out. It has literally woken me up in the middle of the night how noisy the bedframe is.

When it arrived, it was no sweat for me to handle solo and was together in easily less than 30 minutes. The instructions aren't hard anyway, but I watched their assembly video on YouTube. I haven't heard a hint of squeak and it feels super sturdy, which was my focus. The reason I ended up buying this was because Purple is one of the few vendors online I found that actually include the weight limit in the specifications straight out, AND when I asked other retailers, the most I found otherwise was 1000 lbs. Not that I am planning on putting 2000 lbs on it, but still... gonna take the extra peace of mind. I didn't pay attention to the height when I ordered, so it was higher than I expected, but I kind of dig it. It's not obnoxiously high, just used to something lower and didn't think about it, plus it makes the bed look pretty grand compared to my much lower previous look. The charcoal and darker legs are perfectly netural and classy. Very happy.

Good color match (charcoal) with foundation and our interior design. The only negative was a long delay in the product actually arriving...several weeks. Other than that downside, the headboard was affordable, well made, and easy to assemble.
