My ex had insisted on using a piece of plywood for our last one. It was cheap, for sure, but it made so much noise that it wasn't worth it. The Tempur-Pedic foundation was ridiculously expensive, but the right size and what I need to prevent the mattress from sagging.

But my new bedframe is a platform style and the bed was too high for this short old lady! Ordered the 2" foundation online - quick and easy, and I had it in 4-5 days. Now I'm enjoying my PRObreeze hybrid mattress again!

It came delivered from a 3rd party which I feel they changed the product out I can't see this being something tempurpedic would put there name on and was so poorly crafted it seemed like a 5 year old put it together in the dark. nothing was flush, wood was sticking out so far it was already ripping through the fabric. Almost every piece of wood on the bottom was cracked. I still don't even understand what the benefit of it was or why it's being sold I would give it zero stars if possible. The website states no box springs for the mattresses, that's exactly what this product is. Customer service was extremely nice and let me return it after the received photos and get my full refund. Which I am extremely grateful for they handled it very well.Ironically it's one of the few items on the website that say no refund at all be careful before you purchase this if you do.

We purchased our Temperpedic mattress and base 19 years ago, best investment we ever made. We tried new mattress with our old base but too high even for hubby. The old base looked brand new, delivery commented the great condition.

The quality is good, but the choices 2, 5 and 9 inch are all the same price. Shouldn't it be incremental like the price for Twin, Full, Queen and King?
