Relive childhood's summer joy with an added adult twist: frozen fruit treats with a slightly boozy boost. Currently available moulds range from 1/4 cup/60 mL to 1/3 cup/75 mL volume; each recipe makes more than 2 cups/500 mL liquid, enough for about eight frozen delights.

Ingredients

•

1-3/4 cups (425 mL) orange juice

•

1/3 cup (75 mL) lime juice

•

24 (approx) mint leaves

•

1/2 cup (125 mL) Campari or Pimm's No. 1

Preparation

In spouted mixing bowl, stir together orange and lime juices. Into each mould, place 3 mint leaves, each torn into 3 or 4 pieces.

Pour 1 tbsp/15 mL Campari into each mould. Top with juice mixture, insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
