When you're scrambling to get everything finished before the workday is over, stopping for a healthy lunch isn't always a priority. Don't settle for a quick burger and fries -- be prepared with healthy lunch recipes instead.
Salads, soups and noodle dishes are great options for healthy lunches that taste terrific.
If you find it difficult to create a quality lunch menu when you're strapped for time in the morning, plan ahead and prepare some of our 12 favourite lunch recipes to go (and make sure to include healthy snacks for work, too!)

If you have one, fill the bottom compartment with rice, the centre with this vegetarian curry and the top tier with chutney or a fruit salad for dessert. Otherwise, substitute other storage containers.
