Hot White Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 g) white chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) 1 oz hazelnut or almond liqueur
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk
- Grated milk chocolate or cocoa powder
Preparation
Place white chocolate and liqueur in blender.
In saucepan over medium-high heat, cook milk until scalded and bubbling around edge; add to chocolate mixture and blend until thoroughly combined and frothy.
Pour into serving glass or mug; garnish with milk chocolate.
Makes 1 serving.
