Magnesium helps the body in a bunch of ways. It:
-keeps your heart rhythm steady
-helps bones stay strong and;
-maintains a healthy immune system.

Low magnesium levels could lead to high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. Symptoms of magnesium deficiency include:
-poor appetite
-nausea
-vomiting
-fatigue and;
-weakness.

To boost your magnesium, add more halibut, nuts, soybeans and spinach to your diet.
