For the sake of the environment, start up a love affair with vegetables and fruits, and schedule fewer dates with meat.

Raising livestock and producing it for your dinner affects the earth. For example, the gas (from burps and flatulence) from cattle produces more greenhouse gasses than cars, trains and planes combined; and the runoff from livestock can contaminate nearby waters.
