• Our Homemakers delivery driver will take your factory packaged furniture piece to your driveway, garage or the front door of your home. Setup and assembly is not included. We will not dispose of any cardboard or trash.
• We require an authorized signature upon delivery that confirms the packaging of your order is undamaged and releases the delivery carrier from any liability. Please inspect your items carefully and document any issues before signing the delivery form.
• Our delivery driver is not permitted to go up steps, through doorways or over thresholds. If you are in an apartment, the driver will place your package at the outside door of the building.
• Room dimensions as well as doorways, halls, stairs, etc. affect the delivery and fit of your merchandise. Please verify measurements and accessibility. Tips for a Successful Delivery

Items will be delivered in their original packaging to your garage or driveway. If you live in an apartment, your items will be delivered to the front door of the building's exterior.

For orders over $499, your order will ship free throughout the entire state of Iowa only!

For orders under $499, a flat shipping fee of $49.99 is applied.

No, we don't offer Express Shipping outside the state of Iowa at this time. However, we do still ship nationwide with competitive shipping rates excluding California, Hawaii, Alaska and addresses outside the contiguous United States.

For smaller parcels and accessory items, we offer UPS and Spee-Dee as other shipping options.

If you live around the Des Moines Metro area, you can expect to receive your order as early as next day. If you live around central Iowa, you can expect your order to be delivered to you in about 5-7 days. If you live closer to the border of Iowa, your order could take up to 14 days to be delivered to you.
