• Delivery personnel cannot move existing items that are already inside your home.

• Our delivery team will have your furniture assembled and loaded onto the truck on the day prior to your delivery date. Please note that items with a “customer assembly required” notice will not be assembled by Homemakers.

• We do take pictures of the items in the home as delivery confirmation.

Your order will be removed from the factory packaging, inspected and assembled by our experienced warehouse team prior to being loaded onto one of our Homemakers delivery trucks. Please note that some items still require customer assembly. These items are clearly labeled online with  Customer assembly required on a product's detail page.

• Our team will reach out to you a few days in advance of your delivery to schedule your date and 2-hour timeframe window through text, email or by phone.
• Prep your space by removing old furniture from your area and create a clear path for your in-home delivery team.
• When possible, your delivery driver will give you a call when they are close to your home.
• We do take pictures of the items in the home as delivery confirmation.

The cost for this service is $129.99. We only offer this service in the state of Iowa.
