Terms & Conditions

• All purchases must be paid in full before merchandise is picked up or scheduled for delivery. This applies to any in-store or custom order purchases with deposits made.
• Online purchases will be charged in full at the time of purchase.
• Merchandise must be picked up, scheduled for delivery, or paid in full within 30 days after being received from Homemakers.

Gift Cards

We accept Homemakers gift cards available in any amount, and they never expire. You can gift your loved ones an incredible selection of furniture, mattresses, and accessories and know their money will go far with our legendary low prices. Because our gift cards don't expire, they can shop whenver they are ready to purchase. Gift cards may be used online or in-store. Gift cards are sent to the provided billing address at the time of purchase, and you can expect them to take up to 7-14 business days to be delivered through the mail.

• Gift cards are only valid in the United States of America. Void where prohibited.
• Gift cards may be used online or in-store.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Use of gift cards are limited to the amount of the funds held on the gift card. The full amount of each purchase, including taxes, will be deducted from the funds held on the gift card, up to the total funds available on the gift card. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift card account and is not transferable. If you make a purchase and there are insufficient funds held on the gift card to cover that purchase, you must pay the difference by anoter valid method of payment.
• The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser. We are not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Protect your gift card as if it were cash and safeguard the gift card from unauthorized use.
• Resale of a gift card or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Your right to use the funds on the gift card is a limited right, subject to these terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer and reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
• If we suspect any fraud or misuse in connection with a gift card, we reserve the right in our discretion to suspend or terminate use of your gift card.
• We do not currently collect or maintain any personally identifiable information regarding the purchasers of our gift cards. However, we reserve the right to obtain personal information about you in accordance with our privacy policy if such information is necessary to service the gift card or respond to your inquiries or for other purposes.
• Homemakers reserves the right to change these terms from time to time at its discretion. Such revised terms will be effective as to any gift cards purchased after the date said revised terms are posted to Homemakers.com.
• If any one or more of the covenants, agreements, provisions or terms of these terms shall be for any reason whatsoever held invalid, then such covenants, agreements, provisions or terms shall be deemed severable from the remaining covenants, agreements, provisions of these terms shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these terms.
• These terms sets forth the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and all prior understandings, written or oral, are superseded by these terms. All terms and conditions set forth herein are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
• Gift cards cannot be purchased with your Homemakers/Nebraska Furniture Mart financing account.
• Gift cards will be sent through the mail to the provided billing address at the time of purchase.

In-Store Layaway

Homemakers is proud to offer a layaway program on all in-store purchases over $199. This excludes accessories and rugs.

Terms & Conditions

• All purchases require a minimum deposit of 25%. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, personal checks, cash, cashiers check, or money orders. No starter or temporary checks will be accepted. All checks will be deposited upon receipt.
• You have 30 days from the day the order is placed to cancel an order with a full refund.
• You will be billed every 30 days. The payment amount will be 25% of the original balance. The balance will be paid in full after 3 billing periods.
• If a payment is not received by 7 days past the payment due date, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
• Custom/special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees are based on the order total.
• Orders placed on the 1st through the 15th, the first payment will be the 15th of the following month. Orders placed on the 16th to the 31st, the first payment will be the 30th of the following month.
• You can prepay at any time without penalty.
• Minimum purchase of $199 required.
• Excludes accessories and rugs.

How are layaway refunds processed?

All refunds are issued by our corporate office. No cash refunds from store or by our corporate office. Refunds of payments made by check will be made no sooner than 10 working days due to bank delays. Refunds of payments made by cash will be issued via corporate check. Refunds of payments by credit card will be credited to the card used for payment. Restocking fees may apply.

Layaway Deliveries & Pickups

Pick-ups and delivery/shipping must be completed within 7 days or the first available delivery date after the last payment is received. If you do not take possession of your items within the timeframe, we will cancel the order. Custom/special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders need to be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery or pickup.
