The Homemakers Survey Sweepstakes 2026 ("Event") is sponsored by Homemakers Plaza, Inc. ("Homemakers"). The Event will be conducted in connection with a consumer survey distributed by invitation only during the designated survey period ("Entry Period"). Only individuals who receive a survey invitation directly from Homemakers are eligible to participate. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries (as defined below) received. This Event and prizes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. 

Eligibility: 

Open only to permanent, legal residents of the State of Iowa, age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Participation is by invitation only. Employees, former employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Homemakers Furniture, or its subsidiaries, promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win the Event. 

Entry: 

An eligible Entry requires the entrant to receive a survey invitation directly from Homemakers and complete the survey in its entirety. Each fully completed survey submitted by an eligible entrant will constitute one (1) "Entry," and each individual submitting an Entry will be an "Entrant." Limit one (1) Entry per person. 

Incomplete, illegible, garbled, unintelligible, reproduced, copied, or otherwise ineligible Entries will not be eligible to win. All Entries become the property of Homemakers and will not be acknowledged. Homemakers' determination for all matters related to this Event shall be final. 

How to Enter: 

Eligible individuals will receive a survey link directly from Homemakers. To be eligible for the prize drawing, the Entrant must complete the entire survey using the survey link provided by Homemakers during the Entry Period. Individuals who have not received an invitation from Homemakers are not eligible to participate. 

The Entry must fulfill all Event requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Homemakers. 

If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Homemakers. 

Agreement to Rules:

Winner Announcement: 

Three (3) Winners will be selected and notified on or about September 14, 2026, using the contact information provided by each Entrant when completing the survey. 

Prizes: 

Three (3) Winners will each receive one (1) $500 Homemakers gift card (each, a "Prize"), for a total of three (3) Prizes valued at $500 each. 

The gift card is valid for use at a Homemakers store or on Homemakers.com and cannot be applied to prior purchases. The Prize cannot be transferred by Winner or redeemed for cash. No substitution of the Prize by Winner is permitted. 

All applicable local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Homemakers will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to the Winner for the value of the Prize, if required by law, for the year in which the Prize was received.

Winner Selection and Notification: 

On or about September 14, 2026, three (3) Winners will be randomly selected by representatives of Homemakers from all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Following the selection, Homemakers will attempt to notify each Winner via email, phone, or other contact information provided in the Entry. 

Once contacted, each winning Entrant must confirm acceptance of the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification via email or phone. If a winning Entrant fails to confirm acceptance within 24 hours, the Entrant may be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the Prize. Homemakers may, time permitting, select another eligible Entry from the remaining eligible Entries and award the Prize to the alternate winner so selected. All rules regarding eligibility will remain in effect for any alternate selection.
