Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after pickup or delivery. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and shipping/delivery charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.

My hips also always hurt in the morning from laying on my side all night because I wasn't able to sleep on my back We decided to try the Tempur-Pedic mattress after several friends recommended it. After the first night, we were hooked. Zero hip pain because my hips were able to sink down to where they needed to be - but still supportive for my spine. I was able to sleep on my back comfortably for the first time in years. My husband woke up with no back pain at all. The best part is when our dogs sneak up onto the bed during the night, or my husband gets up in the night, the bed doesn't move at all. Our next bed will also be a Tempur-pedic!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Frustrated by the change from poor fit We have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for almost 10 years. When we just upgraded to a new mattress we ordered the Tempur-Protect cover to go on it. We had gotten one with our first mattress that worked and fit wonderfully. This new cover is a different material and doesn't fit as well as the first one did. It slides around at night and the corners are off in the morning. This is very annoying. We want to protect our mattress and I'm going back to my old cover for the new mattress because it fits so much better. I'm not sure what to do with the new cover because they won't accept a return. I may try to adjust it myself. The old cover is almost worn out so I need to find a way to make the new one work. Frustrating! Please go back to making them how you used to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original Tempur-Pedic mattress protector was purchased almost 20 years ago when I purchased my Tempur-Pedic mattress (which still looks and feels brand new!). The new Tempur-Protect Mattress Protector had been vastly improved upon in looks, feel and even fit (none of which I thought possible). I suspect this one will last even longer than my original. A super product that does what it is intended to do, fits perfectly over the extra thick mattress and washes beautifully.

Would love to actually be able to use this mattress protector given we own a ProBreeze mattress, but it won't stay fitted to the corners and is constantly having to be pulled back over the corners every night. Also kind of expected better quality considering the price. Unfortunately since there are no returns- it looks like a complete waste of money... Guess we will be switching back to the Purple Mattress brand protector as it has elastic that extends all the way around and has deeper pockets that actually keep it in place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Purchaser of mattress protector from Disappointed, does not stay put at all We have a TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid - King, which is right in the middle of the recommended 8-16 inch tall mattress range to fit this mattress protector. However, the mattress protector completely fails at protecting or even staying on our mattress. It literally slides off our mattress multiple times a day to the point that we just had to take it off and are now shopping for a different mattress protector. Unable to return it since Tempur-Pedic does not accept returns considered to be "bedding" so we're out of almost $200.

We had to reposition it multiple times and always had bumps/wrinkles under our sheets. Definitely not care free. I dislike very much. I would return it if i could because I am very disappointed and they are not inexpensive. This is Tempur-Pedic.....you would think it would conform precisely and be on the mark. We went back to an old protector that fits much better and is not Tempur-Pedic.

While the quality of the product is nice and not the issue the protector does not fit the bed and is way too big. I am surprised they would sell a product that does not fit to the beauty of the mattress. It this protector fit the mattress it would be perfect but since it does not I would not recommend for this size mattress. Total disappointment. I do LOVE my mattress though! Best sleep ever so far after 4 weeks.

The Pro-Adapt mattress is ONLY 13 inches deep. The mattress protector that I purchased recently is TOO large in depth for a Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt. In order to fit correctly the way it should, I would need to have a 15 inch Tempur-Pedic mattress, OR purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper! Doesn't Tempur-Pedic make a mattress protector for a Pro-Adapt mattress or do they only come in ONE universal size??

My mattress is a 14" King, and the topper still required significant tucking under all around the mattress. Given the weight of the mattress, this was not easy to do. I expected an exact fit.

The mattress protector that I purchased when the mattress was new finally wore out. I ordered this one because I assumed that it would fit the same. But it doesn't. I really like the quality and it is quilted, unlike the old one. But it is so loose at the corners that it gets wrinkled after sleeping on it. It just seems like it's mislabeled or something. It should be tighter, like a fitted sheet but it is not.

I regret the purchase and wish I would have paid attention to other reviews. The mattress protector makes for a very annoying bed. Last thing anybody wants is an annoying bed! It is way too big and so it fits too lose and slides around. The material is also slippery and so my sheets squirm over the top of them making a horrible scratching noise. I will have to buy one from another company and am mad I wasted ,y money on the Tempur-protect.

This protector may be a bit more expensive than others on the market, but is simply the best. You don't want your mattress protector lessening the comfort of your amazing TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress and this one does the trick - protects the mattress without making its presence know.

My mattress is 12" and the darn thing will NOT stay on not to mention stay in position. It makes for uncomfortable sleep. It wads the sheets up under you and moves around on the mattress itself. I emailed my complaint and the solution was to tuck it but it doesn't stay. 100% dissatisfied. I will be shopping for something else to protect my TempurPedic mattress. I'm tired of waking every morning with a bad "Tempur" because I have to remake my bed.

Memory foam mattresses will mold and smell if they are to get wet so getting one of these for both my and my partners' mattresses was a no-brainer. The product itself is good quality and though I haven't tested it's purpose the only negative I could say is that it does move around over-time so getting some sheet clips is something we've done to help.

I got this mattress protector because I thought it would be a perfect fit due to it coming from the same company I bought the mattress from. It also made my cooling mattress sleep hot. I bought a mainstays cooling one at ocean state job lot for $15.00 and it fits perfect not to mention keeps the matress nice and cool. Don't waste your money on this product. Its crazy how I couldnt find one bad review about this mattress protector on this website however there are tons of bad reviews about it not fitting and sleeping hot on other websites. This mattress protector was a complete waste of my money and unfortunately they dont let you return it.

Turns out other reviewers were correct - this mattress protector made by TempurPedic actually does not fit a TempurPedic mattress! It's too big. Unless you enjoy adjusting it DAILY, skip buying it. Aside from the really ridiculously bad fit, it is a good quality mattress protector.

It feels like you're sleeping on a plastic air mattress, it is very hot to sleep on and doesn't breathe well at all. I'm not a hot sleeper and I still find myself waking up feeling sticky because this protecter has zero breathability. That isn't even the worst part, it's LOUD! Anytime you move, roll, get up, etc this thing CRINKLES! It seriously sounds like a cheap gym mat crinkling under you, it is very irritating at night to be waking up to that noise and feeling sticky.

Protector's inner plastic portion ripped apart on one side. Contacted them and they said since you bought it from Fry's we can't honor the warranty of 10 years. I would say, anyone who thinks of buying a mattress or a protector from Tempur, think twice because they will provide any excuse to not honor the 10-year warranty. Ridiculous customer service. I will never buy anything from Tempur-pedic in the future ever again. I love the mattress I have and the protector, but if they are going to provide an horrible customer service, don't expect me to buy anything from you ever again. Only reason I bought an expensive mattress and protector is mainly because of 10-year warranty. If you can't honor that stop falsely advertising it.

Once I revived the Tempur protector I changed it to that one. While it is very soft, it does not fit the mattress tightly, it slides all over, and of course my cat decides to spill a little water on it and it didn't protect!!! Went right through to the mattress, so for the price of it and the lack of protection it offers I would say DONT waste your money.

The covers elastic is too loose and flimsy to pull the cover taught. Had to buy bedsheet fasteners to take up the slack. Otherwise, the cover top is excellent quality and very comfortable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed from Comes loose during night We bought this mattress cover to go with our tempur-pedic mattress, but since the mattress cover is made to accommodate larger mattresses, it doesn't fit securely on our 12" mattress. We wake up each morning with everything loose and the mattress pad and sheets off the corners of the bed. This is also interrupting our sleep during the night. We previously had a Sleep Number mattress pad which not only fit securely, but also had straps to keep it in place. We're very disappointed with this mattress cover!

It is waterproof, breathable, temperature sensing material. I keeps me cool on my Tempur Adapt Hybrid mattress. The only thing I don't like about it is that it slips and slides on the mattress when I turn over and then wrinkles form and bunch up in the pad and sheet. They seem to go away when I'm not laying on it. The protector fits the mattress a little looser than I would like.

Cones off the sides when you remove your sheets every week. Have to rescuer it all the time. Very annoying. Nice product. Good soft top and goes down the sides to. I just wish it actually fit a queen like it says it does or at least had bands on each corner to help it stay on and not bunch you as much!!! A lot of money compared to regular stores and very disappointing!!!

A common complaint, but even in the sub sixties I still find it hard to cover up when I go to bed. To combat my body's own infernal lineage I made the purchase of a rather expensive mattress reputed to help with heat retention and it does. But since the monetary value pushes the upper limit of my budget I needed a mattress protector, but so many ruin the cold of the evening with crinkly, plastic-y, interfacing that makes me sweat. TEMPUR-Protect's soft, quiet fabric seemingly adds no insulation to heat loss and I can sleep. And brother, I mean sleep. My only complaint is that it comes off the corners of the bed very easily, so during some of the more energetic evening periods my partner and I may have to refit the sheets.

When my mattress is in the up position I find myself sliding down because the cover slides, so I have to lay my bed flat, and re-tuck. Only to have it pop off again. Cooling technology? I wish that were true. I'm in Denver, CO where anyone unfamiliar with CO thinks it's cold 24/7. We're in high 90+, close to 100° temperature, I NEED the cooling comfort.

As I said in the first review, this mattress cover does not fit the new mattress that we bought. We have had the Tempur-pedic mattress for a little over five years with the old cover on it and it fit just fine. We got a new mattress with this new cover and it does not fit. It will not stay on the edges and it wrinkles up underneath us as we sleep. Very disappointed in this mattress cover. Wish we could have the old type back. Thank you.

We were told when we bought our new Tempurpedic ProBreeze mattress that we had to purchase this protector in order to maintain the mattress warranty. We had only used it a few days and noticed that it is stretched out from us turning in the bed. It wads up and causes the sheets to also wad up beneath us. We hate this protector! The fit does not seem to fit properly, I think it would work better if the protector actually fit snuggly around the mattress. Would NOT recommend this product at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Carol from Stretches Over Time in Body Area I have been very disappointed with this mattress protector. We have had the king size mattress and mattress protector for 7 months. I need to tuck it in frequently but the real problem is it stretches in the areas where our bodies are positioned during the night. I have tried washing it but it does not go back to its original shape. No matter how tightly I tuck the mattress protector, it still has wrinkles where we sleep so I cannot get a flat surface. I do not know how to solve this problem.
