The Modus Furniture Liv White Sand 7-Piece Dining Set seamlessly blends Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian functionality, creating a tranquil and stylish dining experience. This set features a table and six chairs crafted from premium materials including Ash solid wood, Ash veneer, and solid Rubberwood. The table, with its smooth white sand finish, measures 84 inches in length and comfortably seats up to eight people. Its sculptural, oval-shaped top is supported by undulating tapered pedestals, while the solid Ash edges provide durability and a consistent wood grain. The wood surfaces are lightly wire-brushed for a soft texture that enhances the table’s elegant design. Accompanying the table are two side chairs and two castered dining chairs, all upholstered in easy-care boucle fabric. The boucle fabric, made from 96% polyester and 4% acrylic, offers a soft brown tone that complements the light brown woods of the set. The dining chairs feature a carefully layered seat cushion with a high-density foam base for firm yet supportive seating, and the castered chairs come with hidden wheels and a locking mechanism for easy mobility. The chairs are finished with non-marking casters to protect your floors, adding both convenience and style to your dining area.

Please see above for the estimated time this product will be available in our facility. When placing your order, you may request a delivery date during the checkout process. The next steps in the shipping and delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the state of Iowa, or being shipped to an address outside the state of Iowa.

Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with shipping to an address outside the state of Iowa may request a shipping date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.

Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after pickup or delivery. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and shipping/delivery charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.
