Please see above for the estimated time this product will be available in our facility. When placing your order, you may request a delivery date during the checkout process. The next steps in the shipping and delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the state of Iowa, or being shipped to an address outside the state of Iowa.

Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with shipping to an address outside the state of Iowa will automatically receive the closest shipping date at checkout. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.

Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, mattresses, bed pillows, all Sauder brand products, and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after pickup or delivery. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and shipping/delivery charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mack2020 from Champlain Farmhouse Table Review Our family purchased the table, chairs and a bench earlier this fall and it was delivered in October. The table has become a centerpiece for our new home. Our granddaughters love the bench as it fits "just right" for their toddler size now and will grow with them. The coloring of the table top and chair seats is beautiful, in contrast with the black legs of both. We can't wait to have our full family be able to meet again so we can eat together, as it will be large enough for all.
