The neutral charcoal and cream pattern adds visual interest without overwhelming the space, and works especially well with my dark gray sofa and warm wood floors. The size is also great for the room. It fits nicely under the coffee table and seating area and helps define the space in my apartment’s open floor plan. The construction feel substantial without making the rug overly heavy or difficult to work with. It has a relatively low profile, which makes it easy to place furniture on top and gives the room a clean, finished look. The pattern has enough variation to help disguise everyday wear. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to clean. I have a cat, so being able to vacuum it easily is important and the low pile makes it simple to pick up pet hair. It’s also easy to spot clean when there are small spills or messes, which makes it practical for everyday use. The rug has a sturdy feel, and so far it has held up well to regular use. The backing keeps it in place reasonably well, although I would recommend a rug pad if you have hardwood floors, are frequently moving furniture on top of it (like a desk chair) or want additional grip and cushioning. Overall, I think this rug is a great combination of style and practicality. It gives my living room a more finished and cohesive look while being durable, easy to clean, and practical for a home with pets.

The thickness of the rug is good and has a bit of weight. I’m not sure on the durability. After only vacuuming it one time the ends of the rug started to come apart a bit in one area. The instructions for the rug does say that this is normal and just trim the loose fibers. Only time will really tell how durable it is.

We’re still finishing up this room but it already added so much texture. It’s not thin at all so it feels very soft! With this color, I think it’ll also hide stains easily

However, the color is COMPLETELY different from the picture. The photo showed a chocolate brown, but what I received is clearly gray. Such a bummer, and that’s the reason I had to deduct 2 stars.
