Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for daily use…will wear out quickly I loved this set at first! It was amazing for about a month….and then it started squeaking noise after about 5 months. I still use it daily, however it has sunk. I wouldn’t expect a chair this expensive to sink after 6 months. It does not get its shape back after we get up. The fabric looks wrinkled on the seat cushion. I have the warranty…going to see what can be done. Totally unacceptable. If that wouldn’t have happened, I would have given 5 stars because my sofa still looks brand new because we don’t use that as often as the chair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous chair but dimensions are awkward Unfortunately we had to return this piece of furniture because it wouldn’t fit into our room due to the angle our hallway turns. I will say it was the softest most gorgeous r chair and I’m so incredibly sad we couldn’t get it into the room! After much research this is an incredibly common issue with this chair. I think in the future it’d be great if Ashley delivered this chaise in 2 pieces rather than 1 it’d solve a lot of problems!
