Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult footrest Chair is nice but it’s difficult to get the footrest to relock into place when I get out of the chair. I have to actually get out of the chair and firmly press my foot against it multiple times to get it to stay down.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Recliner doesn’t work properly This chair was delivered today and despite it being a nice recliner and comfortable, the chair will not revert back from the reclining position unless I push it down really hard work my hands. Trying to let it down with my legs doesn’t work. I’m not happy about this and as a result, may return it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average chair The chair back doesn't recline unless the foot rest is up, which pushes you forward quite a bit. Additionally, I am not particularly tall and my head still has no support because the back is low. It does look nice though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We loved that these chairs were softer than the picture showed. They also are much fuller looking in person than online. Rocking is not crazy, and the recliner is easy to use. You can sit up straight with the recliner position, you don’t have to be laid back.
