Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chair for my mommy The chair is perfect for my mom. She has been problems with getting up and this provides the right solution while also offering heat and massage features to keep her comfortable during the day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from VERY COMFORTABLE BUT THAT REMOTE The chair works great and seems to be sturdy. It is comfortable and the best and massage add to the luxury of the chair. I gave it 4/5 stars because of the remote not being labeled in a user friendly display. It’s hard to determine which direction and which area will be adjusted just by looking at the icons.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Remote is dark, needs better lighting to see functions So far the chair is working ok but the remote is dark..... it would be very helpful if the remote lit up so you could see the functions. The instruction manual does not show that there is an easy way to see the function keys.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from There are a lot of problems. The chair I received is not at all what I was expecting. - The dimensions on the website say 23 inches between the arms, but it's only 18 inches, and it narrows to 17 inches in the back. It's squeezing me when I sit in it, and my wife can't even fit. - It does have two vibration motors, but both of them are mounted to the seat back, even though the wiring for them is labelled as 'back' and 'seat'. - When reclined, it has a huge gap between the seat and the back, measuring 5 inches. I can stick my whole arm in there and touch the floor through it. I've never seen this on a new chair before. The back is mounted with the locking clips engaged. Unusable when reclined. - The fabric flap on the back has no velcro on the sides. So when reclined, it forms a big pouch, like a hammock, that my dog has already tried to climb into. - The vibration motors are extremely weak compared to other Ashley chairs I've had, including one purchased less than a year ago. It's very disappointing.
