I'm giving this chair a 4 star rating and not a 5 star because I was hoping this chair would have firmer seat cushion. I can already start to feel the seat cushion breaking down where the back cushion and the seat cushion come together. A firmer memory foam option for this chair would have been nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features….everything we were looking for! After having extensive arm surgery, I was unable to sleep in our bed when I returned home from the hospital. My husband called Homemakers Furniture in Des Moines and told them what we were wanting in a rocker/recliner and asked if they had any in stock. ( another store had told us it would be a 5 month wait). The store employee said she would look in their inventory and send us pictures via email of what they had. Within 15 minutes we were looking at the 5 models in stock and chose the La-Z-Boy James Leather rocker recliner. My husband bought it that afternoon and was pleased as to how easily it was to set up. It is AMAZINGLY comfy and I have been able to sleep in it during the nights. So many positions to choose from and we were pleasantly surprised to find a USB port on the side so we can plug in our phone! The magnetic holder for the remote is an added bonus so we always know where to find it.

We went ahead and bought two. Prior to ordering I checked out reviews and ratings on your company. Mostly good! Everything worked just as planned. Chairs arrived in excellent condition.Still saved hundreds even after tipping the delivery guys 40 bucks to bring in my basement, will shop with your company in future and recommend to friends!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Recliner La-Z-Boy recliner arrived safely with no visible damage. Recliner is light and comfortable. There was an attached green Homemakers notice to inspect the product for any visible damage and to document any issues before signing for the product. This was not possible because the product was never unbox by the shipper and was still attached to the wood pallet with plastic wrap when it was left at the front door.
