Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Price, terrible customer service I bought this recliner October 2023, I was happy with the price and quick delivery of the recliner. I'm a 69 year old retired disabled Veteran and at first was extremely happy with the comfort of it. Unfortunately at around 18 months after buying it the seating surface of the recliner deteriorated so badly that it felt like there was a pot whole in the seat. I took photos of it and sent it to the extended warranty company handling this company's furniture. After going through allot of red tape the company contacted 3 weeks after I sent in the claim and said the extended warranty I purchased didn't cover this part of the recliner. I contacted the warranty coverage people of this company and they said it would cost me approximately $240 for a new seat, plus shipping charges and then I would have to fine a company that does furniture repair. I strongly warn people to take what I had to go through into consideration when deciding to buy a recliner from this company. Overall, the customer service help I received from this company was terrible. The cost of repairing this defective lazyboy recliner is going to cost me approximately $600-700 dollars. Obviously, I got a defective recliner, I was hoping Homemakers Furniture would step in and at least offer me a recliner at a reduced price, but that's not the case. My old lazyboy recliner lasted me 12 years before it wore out, this one wore out in 18 months of very limited use by a senior citizen, please take this into consideration before buying a recliner from this company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Experience and Chairs! After deliberating for quite some time, my husband and I finally decided to invest in La-Z-Boy recliners. Due to our location options for purchase were extremely limited. The same recliner that we purchased from Homemakers was MUCH higher in price, and unavailable for several weeks. We decided to take a chance and purchase online from Homemakers after finding the exact same model for a lower price. I can honestly say that I will never order from another furniture store again! The experience was FANTASTIC! We not only saved a ton of money, but we also received our recliners quickly! As for the chairs themselves, we love them! The only criticism I can think of is that they are so insanely comfortable that they can be nap inducing. It is usually within a few minutes of reclining and finding the perfect adjustment that my eyes start getting heavy. If I use my heated blanket then I am out even sooner. I highly recommend both the recliner, as well as purchasing from Homemakers!

We found the perfect paid that fit our bodies perfectly. We actually sat in these first to do a price comparison. With some cheaper brands. Several times we came back and to find a sofa as well cinched the deal. Worth every cent for my late night reading or spending time reclining with a migraine.

I’ve never had furniture look so bad… don’t buy the faux leather.. lazy boy would t replace and homemakers charged me for an entire back piece to replace.
