Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hohumm The wireless charger has stopped working, furniture isn’t supposed to last for ever but with dollar amount paid these should have given me a few years of functionality. Disappointed with this set

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works for us! This loveseat replaced an old one that was really broken down. It is very comfortable and has so much storage! I love the fact that we can charge our phones so easily. The only downside is that the animals hit the buttons a bunch, but that is small in comparison to having a great loveseat!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the styling, and the top controls. Love the styling, and the top controls the darker fabric at the foot rest is both stylish and functuonal. I Love how the seat sits, either up or down, seems to be a sturdy well built peace of furniture. I would like to make a few suggestions however: 1. Make the cup holders a bit larger diameter as they are too small for a high-ball glass 2. Add a third controller to allow to adjust leg rest separately. 3. The fabric is a vary plush fow leather however is does not breath and can feel warm. 4. Technology is moving to USB-C. 5. Wireless charger heats up due to lack of air circulation. Maybe add a small fan in the arm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from DuraPella Power Recliners and Side Chairs Pro: • Fabric is soft and seems durable. • So far our dogs nails have not scratched the fabric like they did with our leather couch, but we do keep a towel or blanket on the chair to prevent this from happening. • Controls are in a convenient place. • Charging a phone or other usb device is very easy. But now that more devices are switching to usb-c, I will likely need an adapter. Con: • Raising and lowering from reclined position can be slow when the doorbell or phone rings and you have to get up quickly. It's faster than other recliners I've tried, but you can't get up very quickly. • Depending on the chair, raising the headrest doesn’t always raise far enough (we have 2 different style couches and 2 side chairs and the different styles raise to slightly different positions). • With four control buttons it is sometimes a game to decide which button to use to recline and raise the feet and head. We’ve gotten used to it but if I’m not thinking about it, I often push the wrong button.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ergonomically Drawbacks Because of the size and style, this furniture looks better in a home theater than in a living room. Once the foot rest begins to rise, the back starts to recline backwards when the foot rest is it at about 45°. In other words, you cannot sit straight up with the foot rest extended it all the way. The recliner reclines too soon. Additionally, the headrest moves straight up thereby pushing the head forward and crinking the neck rather than tilting the shoulders and head forward. I have exchanged this furniture for a different style.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Next-Gen DuraPella Recliner After sitting in one of the chairs for a period of time it is extremely uncomfortable. It hurts my neck and back. The zero gravity recline is nice but I wish I never purchased it! I would have been much more comfortable in a recliner that was more plush.
