Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice to Look At, Not to Sit on. I loved the look of this couch in the showroom, but after having it for just over a year, am disappointed by the quality. The couch sags so bad that it sometimes feels like I'm sitting on the floor. The fabric has rough areas due to piling and two small holes have already developed in the cushions. This is in a house of two adults, no kids or pets, and it just has fallen apart under light use. I purchased the furniture protection plan but they will not cover any of the fixes related to the sagging of the cushions and support under the cushions. I am really let down by both the quality of this product and the warranty company Ashley partners with.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware I purchased this sofa in June 2024 because I loved it in the store. However, as stated by others who have left reviews, the fabric pills and the cushions lose their shape and essentially sink in the middle. You'll notice in the photo that's attached that the side that is actually used on a regular basis looks terrible compared to the other side of the couch which is only sat on occasionally. Those ripples in the couch do not go away since the cushion now sinks in the middle. Super disappointed and as stated pilling isn't covered by warranty and I was told there is also nothing that can be done about the cushions sinking in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from * 1.5 YEAR REVIEW * When I first saw this couch, i LOVED it ! I don’t know too much about material but it felt perfect. A year and a half later, I’m writing this review. This couch gets so much pilling ! I constantly have to go over it with the lint remover. It gets dirty easily. I removed the insides & it was MESSY. Horrible idea. The cushions are super lumpy and you can’t flex them to your liking because the stuffing isn’t flexible. I went from loving this couch to absolutely hating it. I’m super unhappy with this purchase. If you never use your couch & just want it for aesthetic, then go for it. Other than that, big fat NO from me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big couch in NYC In LOVE. We live in a VERY tiny one bedroom NYC apartment, so it was important for us to have a couch that had plenty of comfortable seating, and space for sleeping when we entertain. This was a great choice! It’s plush but firm, and when we take the back pillows off and put a fitted sheet over the couch, it makes a WONDERFUL sleeping arrangement for guests. I might purchase a twin mattress topper to co ver the bottom cushions when people are sleeping, just to preserve the cushions, but other wise this couch does everything we need it to do! It is big, but it fits in our space perfectly. We paid for the in-house setup. It’s stylish and matches with any decor. Recommend!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best, I’d look elsewhere. This sofa is beautiful for the first couple of months. I’ve had this sofa since November so a little over 6 months now, and am kind of unsatisfied with it. The fabric pils bad, so much so to where I’ve decided to flip the cushions over cause I constantly had to use a fabric shaver to maintain it. I also find myself having to constantly fluff the cushions up to keep the shape. I bought the Maggie ottoman with the sofa, and it ripped at the seam within two months, to where Ashley sent a replacement cover with no further instructions, I had to unscrew the legs and staple it on the ottoman.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Honest thoughts after a year. I have had this couch for over a year, so I can really have some input on this one. Within the first few months, it was great! Now a year later, the pilling of the fabric is ridiculous. I use a shaver all of the time but the little “balls” of fabric is horrible. This is the first couch I have ever bought, so I was unaware of the types of fabric where pilling happened. Just be aware with this fabric it will/does happen. It is still comfortable after a year, but also be mindful that you can’t take the back cushion covers off the wash. You “can” as it has zippers, but it’s all like a stuffing inside, not an actual insert like the bottom cushions. The cleaning is a bit difficult to that aspect. I wouldn’t buy this set again and would go with something else next couch purchase. Luckily it wasn’t too expensive where I’m not that upset to get a new one soon

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks nice but didn’t hold up for even 5 months I was so excited about this sofa, looks beautiful, felt comfortable. Was delivered in Jan 2024 and here it is June 2024 and I find there is no support underneath just a piece of fabric sewn which didn’t even hold up past a couple months and now the sofa sags in the middle regardless of how often I rotate cushions, wish I had known this and not wasted my money for something that I as so poorly made and hardly held up. Mind you this couch is sat on, occasionally napped on, no jumping kids, no anything that should/could explain the poor structure and significant sag.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware- pilling fabric Well...here I am writing this review. I agree with the last reviewer about the pilling and how the seat cushions lose their shape. We purchased this March 2023 and within only a few months the seats cushions started to pill and they are only getting worse. We used a lint shaver and that helped a little but you can't keep doing that or else the fabric will eventually wear down. We called to see what we can do about it, pilling is not covered under the warranty, but they did send us new seat covers. The couch just doesn't look so great after a little over a year.
