Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Headrests Looks good and feels comfortable at first. After sitting on it for a while though the headrests make your neck hurt from leaning forward to far. I and two other people have had the same reaction. I hoped they'd break in but no such luck after two months. I opened the seams up to take some of the fill out but somehow, it's still uncomfortable. The fill is the problem. It's just all cheap polyester stuffing. It's super bouncy and doesn't compress which puts strain on the neck without actually offering any support. Very disappointed in the build and quality of this sofa.
