Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable and functional. But get the warranty! We wanted a couch that was functional but also looked good and was comfy. This couch fit the bill and was a fair price compared to other stores. We are both very tall (one of us is 6’4”) and this was the only couch that fit comfortably. Love how you can adjust the head tilt too. We also that the middle seat can flip up or down. So when we have visitors we can easily fold it up for an extra seat! Unfortunately, after only a few months the electrical aspect completely went out. Luckily, we got the extra warranty. Currently putting a claim in for this issue. I will update this review based on how that goes. I am hoping it’s not a hassle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great. Furniture is easy on the eyes. Looks great. Easy to keep clean. Delivery & setup was great. This furniture is firm. I was hoping for some comfort, now hoping the cushions will relax with time. It feels great & supportive when your testing it at the showroom but when your reclined & watching a movie the comfort is not right away. I didn’t know that furniture was made this firm. Phone chargers are great but phones get hot so has to be removed from charger before it reaches full charge. The electric recliners are great. Wishing there was a way to save a position.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from DuraPella is not holding up. We've had this sofa for just less than a year and we were happy until recently. The headrest has already started cracking and peeling from regular use. The fabric seemed durable and it's great to just wipe it down, but it does not seem to hold up to regular pressure or offer flexibility. It is a firm sofa but we knew that going in. There are a lot of products out there so not sure I would recommend this DuraPella fabric and would shop around.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ergonomically Drawbacks Because of the size and style of this furniture, it looks better in a home theater than in a living room. Additionally, as the foot rest begins to rise, the back reclines too soon. You cannot sit straight up with your feet extended all the way. Also, the headrest moves straight up thereby pushing your head forward and crinking your neck. It does not push your shoulders and head as a unit. I have exchanged this for another style of furniture.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very comfortable/Charge time is short I thought this was going to be a really comfortable couch. It is nice for your back, but that is it. The arms are way too low. The couch is very narrow, so forget sleeping on the recliner or even lying down. It is taller than most couches, so if you are short, your feet won't touch the ground. The couch drastically draws so much power, the batteries have to be charged weekly. Such an inconvenience. Regret purchasing this couch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as described. We went in looking for a new cheaper couch. We have cats, so we didn’t want to spend tons. Two different salesman told us about the new durapella, and how it is supposed to hold up to animals. “You won’t even see the claw marks because of the material.” That was an absolute lie. It wasn’t even a month before it was blatantly obvious, and now I have to keep it covered with blankets.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Make sure you are tall. Looks great but his couch is extremely uncomfortable. Both my husband and I have had sciatica pain since sitting on this couch. Also if you are not well over six feet the headrest is virtually unusable and footrest is at a very uncomfortable location. Sales people should be aware of this and only recommend to very tall people. I would return if possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect couch? Might just be the most comfortable couch I’ve ever owned. Let’s start with delivery. The team was quick, gentle and professional , demonstrated all features and were on their way. Operation is whisper quiet and smooth. Cushioning is deep and firm. Fabric is soft to the touch and looks fantastic. Day one I fell asleep in it two times. An absolute winner!
