The looks are exceptional, and we love the quilt in wireless phone chargers, cup holders, and reading lights. The seating is very firm to the point of not being comfortable to sit or lay for any period of time. Even our 30 lb dog hesitates getting on the couch / staying on the couch. Durable - yes, but comfortable - not so much.

It is very comfortable, matches our existing furniture and everything works as it should, as well as it has features we didn't know were available but are very desirable! Our living room is now less cluttered and more organized with all the hidden storage.

I was concerned it would attract our family cat, like leather typically would, and cause a possible scratching issue but being "faux leather" it must not smell the same because she doesn't seem to be interested in it at all so far.

We like having the motorized controls on the top of the arms…much easier to operate than most sets. The storage compartments are very convenient. We love the fabric and color! They aren’t cold in winter weather, like other leather sets tend to be.

It’s super comfortable, stylish, and feels really well made. The only tiny downfall is that I wish it was a little longer, but other than that, it’s absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

I was hoping for some comfort, now hoping the cushions will relax with time. It feels great & supportive when your testing it at the showroom but when your reclined & watching a movie the comfort is not right away. I didn’t know that furniture was made this firm. Phone chargers are great but phones get hot so has to be removed from charger before it reaches full charge. The electric recliners are great. Wishing there was a way to save a position.
