Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after pickup or delivery. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and shipping/delivery charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Upset Ease power base owner from Legs of power base and warranty I enjoy my temper-pedic mattress and the electronic function of my Ease power base very much, but the legs of the Ease power base are horrible. They are very flimsy and about half of them broke off around the first day that it was delivered. I'm very disappointed with that! I turned the broken legs in for warranty and Ease did not warrant my broken power base. I am very disappointed with Ease!

New platform works fine, has a dim nightlight under the bed but is much noisier than our older one. New controller is black & hard to find at night in dark. Love this overall product! Online shopping was about $500 less than from regular furniture stores. Delivery service was superb!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bed Head from Fantastic Base!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I have never had a bed base that moves, it has always been box springs. This is totally worth the cost if you can afford it, I recently had lasik surgery and had to spend 4 hours with my eyes closed after it was over. I got home and went straight to the bed and used the base to get myself into a comfortable position and listened to audio books. If I needed to adjust my self I just grabbed the controller and moved the bed until I was comfy again. My wife loves it when she doesn't feel the best and wants to bed in the bedroom to watch TV. She can adjust the bed to where she likes and binge watch Ghost Adventures. Even if you don't end up with a mattress the base is still a game changer!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Gregg from Absolutely NO Product is fine within first 3 to 4 years only! after that it start sinking and causing terrible body pain because it shapes to your body that is not suppose to, there is no direct phone number to contact warranty Dept to discuss, only email. They ask for too many Un necessary, irrelevant and none make sense documentation and ignoring for the warranty coverage. 100% not recommended.

Very poor design with all the legs far into the center of the bed makes it very wobbly. Having this base negates one of the main purposes of the bed, which is to not feel your partner move. Even after having a technician come out the bed still moves a lot whenever someone shifts around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ah, zzzzzzzzzs at last from Very pleased with purchase of adjustable frame I purchased the Ease adjustable frame. It's a basic model which I prefer - I tend not to preprogramme things and I didn't need the underbed light so the Ease was a good choice. Lying on my back in the zero gravity setting is very comfortable and I sleep a bit deeper than I used to. I do sometimes flip to my stomach and I have to wake and change to the flat setting or I end up banana shaped. All in all, I am well pleased with the frame. I teamed it with an organic mattress and they work beautifully together. Highly recommend the frame.

I am handicapped and in a wheelchair by day and when my legs go crazy at night, just by raising my legs, it eases the pain. Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy Customer from Kudos to my salesman, Brian, in Hartsdale, NY We purchased a new Tempur-Pedic mattress and selected the Ease 2.0 as the base. We have a an existing bed into which the Ease 2.0 was to be installed. The Ease comes with adjustable legs. The legs come in three "sections" each about 3 inches long. The idea is for the installer to remove one or two sections as necessary to cause the Ease 2.0 base to come in a the correct height for the bed. Our installer did no such thing. They simply installed the full length legs, leaving the bed much too high. We did not realize what they had done until after they left the house and by then it was too late. Or so we thought.... My wife called Brian at the store where we purchased the bed, in Hartsdale, NY about 30 minutes from our home. Brian dropped whatever else we was doing and drove right over, with a partner. Within an hour our bed was adjusted to the perfect height. Thank you Brian!! Service above and beyond the call of duty.

I wasn't going to get an adjustable base but since there was a discount with my mattress figured I might as well go for it. So happy I did even though I couldn't use it at first but they sent someone out and fixed it right away. My legs swell up a lot through out the day since I'm on my feet all day so I can definitely see this being helpful.

After just one night of being able to adjust our head and feet he woke up in less pain then he has had in a long time. The only thing I wish iscthat it came with rwo eemotes. This way we could have one for each of us on both sides of the bed. I also love the feature of lifting the head. I set it for my husband when he goes to sleep. I am instantly comfortable (and it's not so odd an angle or so high that my dog gets scared. I think he secretly enjoys the ride!) We put the back up to watch a bit of pre-sleep TV, then go to Zero Gravity and peacefully drift off. Heavenly!

There is virtually no "wiggle" or "creaking" with the tall legs it comes with even on a large King sized base. Motors appear to be very powerful and seem to be able to handle a lot of weight. I am satisfied with my purchase!

I wish this base could operate with 2 remote controls, but only 1 remote can be paired with it. I would have liked the delivery guys to have spent a few extra minutes to make sure the placement of the base was accurate inside my bed frame. It rubs against the side rail on one side, and is very difficult to adjust myself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sideways sleeper from Great Product It took me a few nights to get accustomed to it. After 4 nights or so, my body adjusted to the difference mattress and I have slept very well. The split king is great if you enjoy difference settings or if one of you likes to read at night. It is tougher to cuddle in since there is a gap in the middle of the two mattresses but we just put a regular king sheet over, rather than two individuals. The whole package is a great investment. We love the zero gravity option for watching tv or reading. It really feels great on the body.

I didn't need all the extras on the other models - just being able adjust the head and feet is like a dream come true. I was using 2 pillows and sometimes another under my knees, but not any more.. It works perfect for my body needs!

My wife like to read before bed so she tilts the head up for reading. I'm still experimenting with different positions to find that "sweet spot" of total comfort. I think the mattress and base is a quality investment we will enjoy for years to come.

I don't like that feeling against my skin. I wish the sheets could remain taught and flat, but they are only that way when the bed is flat

I don't understand why the batteries die so quick on the remote control though. It's not like I'm using the remote all that often. Still, I'm happy with my purchase.

As a result the remote does not work. It turns out it is surprisingly easy to press two buttons at once - given that the buttons are so close together and that the remote is not litAt night. I read one review where a woman said that she repeatedly accidentally pressed a button that caused your husbands vibration feature to activate, thereby waking him up! My worst experience was when the bed locked in the upright position at 2 AM.

The adjustments are great, just know going in it isn't sturdy. And of course no idea how well the mechanical features will hold up. I've had it only one week.

However, it is a split king and the Ease 2.0 base does not secure the two twin mattresses together. If you roll over in the middle of the bed, you feel as if you are falling down into the crack between mattresses. Additionally, sheets are hard to get on and keep on.

Has made adjusting mattress foot and head so great for comfort. Love the Zerog setting as well. Overall very happy with purchase. Only complaint, it is hard to keep fitted bottom sheets on when using adjustable base.
