Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wife always asks to start the "buzz buzz", a.k.a Wave Form™ [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This base has several great features. The ones we use the most are: Wave Form Massage, SoundScape mode, and lumbar support. I love how I can connect my Spotify to the built-in speakers and have a thunderstorm playing while running the wave form massage to "feel" the thunder. It is also convenient to listen to the TV through the built-in speakers via Bluetooth with the head raised up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fix the Sleeptracker AI Alexa Skill It's been months since you've known that users have not been able to link their Sleeptracker AI accounts with Alexa to control their bases and you have done nothing to fix what should be a quick coding fix. This is affecting every user of the Alexa skill. I purchased the base at least in part because of this functionality. I do not appreciate the reduced functionality of my product. Either remove the skill and stop advertising this functionality to help sell bases or get it fixed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Over priced It does what it's designed to do. But it's not worth the 10k I spent for the system. I didn't receive the incentives as promised. The promo is more of a bait and switch to get you to pay an exorbitant price for pillows. Though I'm satisfied, I'm not thrilled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk We bought this base tempura ergo with massager, lumbar support and elevation adjustment for head and feet. Spent almost $9000 on two beds and two bases. One queen and one twin. August 2023. Needed the massager for bad backs. Just before Thanksgiving 2023 3 months after purchase motor went. We decided to call to have repaired the first of December. First call said it will be January to get the part. Second update said it will be February 13th, 2024 the part will be shipped. Third update said it will be first of March to get part shipped. Forth update said it will be March 13 when my wife called directly part will be shipped. Two days later from the call on Saturday March 2nd another update follow saying part will ship on April 4th. I am over it. Again making payment on a defective item that they have no urgency to fix for us. Will be taking them to court soon. Asking for all costs to be covered to include my time spent on trying to give them a chance to make this right. I hope no one buys these frames because they got their money and could care less about the consumer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No customer service Been trying multiple times different days trying to reach customer service. No one answers the phone!!!!! Trying to find out if my split king bases are supposed to wired together or not!!!! My white glove delivery didn't set it up right according to the you tube video. Mattress firm wants to send Spanish speaking people to check if it's hooked up right and mattress firm will translate for me! Very disgusted right now for the money I have spent for bases and mattresses!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would give 0 stars if I could We have the split base. It is absolutely horrible. The worst part is mattresses move badly. Don't stay on the bed and you can forget any extra curricular activities on the bed! Second the snore response is nonexistent. Biggest problem is customer service. They agreed to refund the entire purchase but never showed up to pick up. Now they are saying they will only refund the crappy mattresses. The base is crap too! Still haven't shown up to get them though. We will see if they ever refund anything.
