Rated 3 out of 5 by from Be advised, very firm After 7 years with our Purple 4 mattress, we sought advice from a Purple sales advisor about a replacement and were recommended the Purple RestorePremier Firm King. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The mattress was far firmer than our previous one, leading to painful pressure points, particularly for my wife, who has a neurological condition. Within two weeks, we opted to exchange it for the Purple Rejuvenate Plus. While significantly more expensive, the Rejuvenate Plus has been perfect for us, offering the comfort and support we needed. The RestorePremier Firm might work for others, but it wasn't the right fit for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally, a Bed I Love I have tried just about every bed company including Tempurpedic and latex beds. I went through 15 beds and returned all within the comfort return period. I thought I'd never find a bed that was soft yet supportive. I was hesitant to try Purple because it was so expensive but I tested one in the Purple store and thought it felt great so I gave them a try. I first ordered the Restore and it felt great but wasn't quite soft enough. I heard that the Premier was the softest that Purple made so I swapped the Restore for the Premier. Wow, this bed is perfect. No more pain while side sleeping and no back pain when I wake up on my back. Wish I tried this one first!

After one night my husband and I were rolling into the center. Although the company was happy to replace it, we had to complete several steps in order to get a replacement very frustrated, considering the fact that we were delivered a defective mattress to begin with, but we had to do all the work to get a new one. We have received the replacement, and I've slept on it for about two weeks now, and I'm not very impressed. We paid A LOT of money for this mattress, but I don't think it was worth it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am quite frustrated with this mattress. We purchased two identical mattresses from Purple. One for our house in Michigan and one for our house in Tennessee. We spent two weeks sleeping on the mattress in Michigan and it was horrible!!! It was like sleeping in a bowl. Then we sleep on the one in Tennessee and it was like a completely different mattress. The mattress in Tennessee was much more comfortable and acceptable while the "identical" mattress in Michigan was HORRIBLE!!! Did Denver Mattress sell me a used mattress that was completely broken in? I don't know but both mattresses are going back. Having two identical mattress be so different has me too concerned to trust Purple. We are using another trusted brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best bed we've ever had [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy cow this is the best bed ever. We LOVE this bed!! My husband and I were eyeing this bed for about a year before we actually made our purchase and we should have purchased sooner. The second we brought it home our world changed. We have never slept better. It's soft, it's firm, it's amazing in all the right places. I was never a tv in the bedroom type of person until we got our bed. All we want to do now is lay in bed so we went and got a second tv just so we could hang out in bed more. Thank you purple for making the best bed ever. We rave about it to everyone and have everyone lay on it to try it lol.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally, the proper Firmness/Softness We love our Restore Premier Plus (Soft) because it feels just like the one we fell in love with in the showroom. UNFORTUNATELY, the one in the showroom is labeled as a "Firm," so that's what we bought-and HATED it! (Caused back pain, and my wife also got neck pain from it.) But Purple Customer Support was awesome in replacing it with a "Soft," which we swear feels exactly like the "Firm" one in the showroom. (We're certain that it's mislabeled.) We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our Restore Premier Plus (Soft)! One main reason for getting it was that I suffered from pressure-point pain in both hips, even on our old Sleep Number pillow-top mattress-rather inconvenient when you're a side-sleeper. But that's gone now and we both sleep wonderfully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this mattress!! I am sleeping better than I have in years and it's all because of the Purple mattress. We've had a Sleep Number bed and more recently a Sterns and Foster mattress. My back hurt and my arms were numb every morning. I had had enough. When we tried the Purple mattress in the store, we knew we needed it. We gave away a 6 month old Sterns and Foster when our Purple mattress arrived. I am sleeping better than I have in years. I wake up without back pain and my arms aren't numb. We ordered it online instead of the store. We didn't have a delivery charge and it wasn't bad to put it on the bed. Don't get me wrong. It was heavy, but not too heavy that 2 people couldn't do it. I am very happy with my Purple mattress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The ONLY solution for hot side sleepers! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of searching, I've finally found the mattress for me. I've long suffered pain and discomfort from normal mattresses as a natural side sleeper. I thought the only solution to that was memory foam, but being a hot sleeper, after years of tossing and turning, it just never worked out. It wasn't until I discovered Purple that I found the perfect mattress for me. I can say for the first time ever that I've found a mattress that never gets hot, and perfectly conforms to my body. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this mattress to anyone that's looking for the ultimate mattress for side sleepers.
