Rated 1 out of 5 by from I HATE IT I started having problems on day 3 of receiving my brand new bed and contacted Purple via email 3 times and no one has responded. You would think that such an expensive mattress would generate better customer service but I obviously was wrong. As of Jan. 11, 2024, I'm still trying to return this thing! Also the sizes of the mattress is way smaller than what is advertised, not even close to what it's supposed to be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy with our decision on going with Purple I have whole body arthritis and also suffer from generative disc disease and my old mattress wasn’t cutting it anymore. Would be more stiff when waking up. So we finally pulled the trigger and went with getting the PurplePlus mattress. Haven’t been able to sleep on any other mattress other than this one! So comfortable. After a long day you melt into it and are able to sleep comfortably without having to turn every couple of hours due suffering from pain on certain pressure points. We have had it for little over 6 months and still looks like it was just delivered.

We bought a Purple Plus - and it blows our Indigo out of the water! It is cool, supportive and perfect for side-sleepers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t trust the test I took the test and instead of pushing to find a place where I could lie on the mattress to see if it would work well, I trusted it and the reviews. I’ve had it about a month now and my wife and I are both in pain and trapped with the mattress we don’t like. I’m sure it’s a great product, with the proper research, that is.

She had an older pillow top mattress that we tolerated. I bought this purple mattress to provide more comfort since she's advanced MBC. She loves it! Although it's an expensive mattress, it's been well worth it. Purchased through Affirm so it's paying off over several months. Just wanted to make her last few months more comfortable.
