Scheduling delivery was incredibly easy, communication was excellent, and I really appreciated the timely updates - including offerings to change my delivery date - throughout the process. The delivery team arrived as scheduled, was professional and courteous, and even hauled away my old mattress, making the entire experience stress-free and seamless. The mattress itself is super comfortable! As a side sleeper, I love the plush feel and the way it cushions pressure points while still providing supportive comfort. It’s soft without feeling like you’re sinking in too much, and changing positions throughout the night is effortless. It strikes the perfect balance between softness and firmness. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience from delivery to sleep quality. From what I can feel, It truly regulates temperature based on your thermic regulation! The delivery was prompt and top notch! The tufted plush top cradles your bodies curves while the mattress offers enough support with the need of a box spring, if using a platform bed. I have been sleeping on this mattress for a month and I have had great sleep! There was no transition time from my last mattress. I think this is a great mattress for anyone that likes a cushioned bed with some support underneath. Great for a guest room as I think most people would find this comfortable to sleep on.

I love the little grooves in it as it helps form to my body more as a sleep on my tummy or side. I can honestly say I have slept better and more comfortable than I have in a long time.
