Rated 3 out of 5 by from Harder than expected [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery was a breeze and they set it all up for us and took the old mattress away. However the mattress is more firm than I would have thought with it being a “plush pillow top.” Glad we got that one otherwise it would have been way too firm. I tried to break it in and soften it by having my 3 year old jump around on it, but it is still pretty firm, so definitely a durable bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has a super soft, comfortable top layer, but is still supportive in lower layers. You don't sink in and feel trapped. Even sitting on the edge of the bed, it doesn't sink down like our old mattress, you can really feel the quality and support. What surprised me most is that the extra support also keeps me cooler throughout the night. I switch between side and back positions and both are quite comfortable. We have an adjustable base that also works great with the Serta Cascade. It's great waking up feeling more refreshed, with less aches and pains.

I needn’t have been concerned. The mattress is well made and very comfortable. The delivery service were efficient, respectful and so fast! The subtle design of the mattress is also attractive. Only slight hiccup is the divots in the cushioning. I’m not yet used to them so feels a bit strange, but I’m sure are due to the padding.

It is very soft and comfortable for short periods of time but after laying on it for a bit, my boyfriend and I have pretty stiff necks and backs. I wouldn’t say it’s the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in but we need something that’s just a tad firmer than this one here. The quality is nice and definitely more cooling than our old bed. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for something on the softer side and wanting something that’ll stay a fairly cool temperature.

Im a side sleeper with cats. So my cats are on my legs or curled uo near my stomach. The bed is so comfortable that I dont even feel when they walk uo and lay down near me. My bc can be rolling around back and forth all night and I dont feel him at all. My hips use to hurt all the time when I woke up. Not since switching to this mattress.

I sleep with my son in his room which is why the room decor is childish. But anyways, I’ve had the best sleep since receiving this mattress. My son has been sleeping better as well! Thank you Serta and Influenster for gifting me this mattress for my honest review. This mattress is so quiet, which is important to me so I don’t wake up my child. It’s pretty high up at 15 inches but I prefer to be high vs low. It was easy to move with the handles on all sides. Thank God for those! It should be mandatory to have handles on mattresses. The cushion level was a perfect plush but yet still firm enough. I couldn’t be happier with this! Get this! Worth every dollar!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing mattress [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing mattress! Super cozy and I had an amazing first nights worth of sleep. I feel like you sink in when you first lay down. It feels like it’s a high quality material and little no noise. I’m not sure about the weight but I look forward to another good nights sleep with this. The only thing is our 10 yr old lab is unable to get up on it now but we figured out another solution for that.

It is comfortable but being plush i thought it wouldve been softer like my old mattress. Debating if i want it in my room or put in my sons room. The quality is there, its a very nice mattress.
