Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Exactly Perfect I recently bought a new Serta mattress and it is very comfortable - well, at least one side of it is. The other side has a large lump in the center of the bed, near the edge. I'm guessing that several coils were not anchored properly and they have pushed upward and, hence the lump. I'm afraid to sleep on that side thinking that maybe that will cause others to explode. I ordered the mattress on-line so will not send it back - too darn much trouble. Just to be clear, the lump was evident as soon as the plastic covering was removed from the mattress. This is the 3rd Serta I have recently purchased and two of them are fine. To say that I am unhappy with this latest purchase is an understatement. Every night when I go to bed, as I carefully avoid the lumpy side, I am reminded of my latest expensive mistake.

It’s very plush yet provides the right amount of support. The pillow top cushioning is soft enough to mold to your body but springs back when I get up. It has the perfect mix of softness and firmness and the temperature feels great. The quality is excellent and it is super comfortable. My quality of sleep has improved, I have been able to sleep soundly all night and I wake up feeling well rested. I’m very pleased with this mattress, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality comfortable mattress.

I have trouble sleeping for extended time because my back and neck almost settle too much (if that makes sense) and it's hard to move after being asleep. The mattress...... When they say plush they mean plush. My body sinks into the mattress but at the same time feels supported. It cradled my youngish bones with the cloud like sleeping that didn't leave me feeling like spaghetti. Overall this is a great mattress in this price point. Very well constructed and even looks good while the sheets are in the wash. Would definitely get another for our room

The mattress is so soft and plush. It forms to my body but does not lose its shape. The mattress is so comfortable and I fall asleep easily on it. There is a reason this mattress is called a perfect sleeper, This mattress is extremely soft to the touch but when you lay on it you can feel it firm up and you don't sink. The sides tend to be softer than I would love but not enough to be a problem. Each night that I have slept on it has been great to which it has been very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the mattress to anyone since it has improved my sleep and back pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this PS23 SERTA PERFECT SLEEPER Blue Lagoon Nights 12" FIRM about a couple weeks ago and I'm so happy I did ! I absolutely love it and so does my husband my back literally doesn't hurt anymore!!!! I used to wake up every morning with back pain , I didn't realize that all I needed was a better mattress!! If you're looking for a mattress and waking up with unexplained back pain then you NEED this mattress!! Highly recommended.

It was good for my daughters room I added it on to bed frame that didn't need box spring. It's light enough that we can re arrange her bed often without messing up the bed frame! It's quality is alright but sleeping on it reminds me of basic hotel mattress if that makes sense!
