Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not getting what you pay for I decided to buy the most expensive mattresses on the market because I wanted to sleep well. I tend to run hot, so I opted for the cooling mattress. It's the opposite. I get so hot that I have to change positions where the bed heats up almost every hour at night. I'm so disappointed and sad because now I am stuck with this expensive mattress. We bought it in 2019 and I thought things might get better....but no. I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting this mattress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST MATTRESS AND COSTUMER SERVICE Don't buy mattress from here they are nice until they take your money they don't care about costumers at ALL....My wife and up at the Doctor office do to the mattress quality and they agreed is defected and agreed to replaced but want us to pay for the shipping for they mistake...Worst costumer service ever...Do not recommend!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sleep ever! What a mattress! It's not cheap, but if you can afford it this is a must have. The thickness of the mattress is impressive and it is as though the mattress does not sink at all. I can jump on the mattress right next to my wife and she is not disturbed. I sleep very deep and have dreamed way more than I used to. My last TempurPedic mattress was a lesser quality and I still got 9 years out of that one. This one will certainly go longer. I highly recommend spending the extra money for a top of the line mattress. I am 52 years old now and sleeping comfortably is very important to me.

The combination of the cooling feature and firmness of the mattress makes it so good. My husband and I are both sleeping through the night on it without waking up, which is a huge win for these 2 middle-aged people. The one complaint is the chemical smell of the mattress...it is really strong. I hope the odor dissipates soon. We have slept on the mattress for a week now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool and Comfortable but also Expensive and Heavy Mattress [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on this queen size LuxeBreeze mattress for the past few months and the mattress has been great for the summer time. The cooling effects of the mattress made it so easy to sleep on a memory foam in the summer. I am usually a hot sleeper but with the LuxeBreeze, I never really got to a point where I felt sweaty. I splurged on the LuxeBreeze because it is the coolest mattress that seems to be available at the time. If you are interested, I recommend checking out some YouTube videos of how they designed the bed to be cool using a combination of vent holes and phase-changing materials. That made me understand the cost of this bed. There is just so many engineering that goes into a cool and yet comfortable memory foam bed. Also, to take advantage of all the cooling from the mattress, I recommend using a lighter breathable material for bed cover / sheets and buy cooling pillows. As far as firmness, I got the medium hybrid because when buying a queen size, you and your partner have to compromise on the firmness. The medium hybrid has a bunch of premium springs underneath all the memory foam and gives the bed a bit more elasticity and a little bit of a bounce. With this medium hybrid firmness, I still consider this mattress to be firm for me and doesn't hug my body as much as I expected. I am 6 feet about 190-200lbs on average. Been sleeping on this mattress for a couple months now and still think it is too firm and I don't feel any changes to the firmness over time in the past couple months. The salespeople told us that the firmness for memory foams tend to become a bit softer over time but hasn't happened for mine. It is also important to note that the firmer the mattress, the cooler it is because you won't sleep as hot if the mattress is too firm and therefore won't hug you as much. But of course, it is a trade-off with comfort. When I splurged on this mattress, I also decided to buy the "premium" version Tempur-Ergo power base. That power base enhances the comfort of this mattress because of the ability to lift the head, leg, and lumbar positions. I do recommend this mattress with that specific power base. You can find my review of that power base titled "The "premium" version aka Tempur-Ergo Power Base is the way " As far as move-ability of the mattress, the delivery people (2 men) had a difficult time moving the bed up the stairs. This medium hybrid is a heavy bed, especially with all 1300+ springs inside. It is also an inch thicker of a mattress compared to the other LuxeBreeze models. Definitely will need more than 2 people to move this bed on moving day. Also, if you are planning to buy, I suggest buying during major holidays where you can take advantage of the sales. I purchased on Memorial day and bundled the sale with the power base. In my opinion, all of Tempurpedic brand is overpriced, even with the sale but if you must buy, at least save as much as you could. I am a value buyer so even at the price, I can justify it as I try to ride the bed as long as I can. Some people have the same bed for 10+ years so why cheap out on the comfort you can get? Also, I recommend trying out the beds in a furniture store but do not buy at those stores. Buy directly online via Tempurpedic's website instead. The stores can get crazy with aggressive sales people that tries to upsell to get bigger commissions, even at the Tempurpedic stores. If you shop at a non-Tempurpedic store, you may get ripped off on price and shipping costs. I find that buying it online by myself to be the best. Hope this helps.

We then got a barely used Tempur Luxe which was cooler but too firm. This is starting to sound like Goldie (Luxe) and the Three Bears. Our recent purchase is the best, unimproveable!

This new Tempur-pedic LuxeBreeze with the Tempur-Ergo Smart base, bed IS worth EVERY THOUSAND spent on it! This bed is the Bugatti La Voiture Noire of Beds! I wish I had known about this brand years ago! This is definitely a needful bed to have for ANY ailing body. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Anyone with this bed definitely can not sleep on another bed comfortably. It is like no other. It's a spa experience. It's a chiropractic experience with the massage, It senses the flow of your body while you sleep, it adjust your body for an even better experience automatically! It perfectly hugs every curve of your whole body!!! It makes you not want to get out of bed!!! You've got music that comes through. It really is a smart Bed. Prince Buddy loved sleeping at the base of the bed on the other side. Last night, my body started the weirdness that it does at night. Poor circulation. The bed adjusted my body automatically, elevated my feet a little higher, and started a mild beating up and down my body until the circulation regulated to normal! A FREAKING MAZING! It improved my whole bodies circulation, and I was a little alarmed at first, but I am grateful. it's better than the doctors! I felt better, that weird some what suffocating feeling went away that I would feel at night before getting this bed, I thought, maybe I was about to die or have a stroke or heart attack or something... last night was the 1st night it was addressed and eased when it started happening! I am officially in LOVE with a THING!!! Lord, help me. I know I shouldn't love any "thing," but this bed, I DO! The doctor's would hear me try to explain my issue to them and just made faces and did nothing about it, no suggestions... my low blood pressure was never addressed. I'm grateful , better late than never. I would recommend this bed to everyone! I was in tears... I'm amazed and sooo VERY satisfied. I'm still amazed with this body sensing bed that automatically adjusts to address my body while sleeping!!! Better than a person!!! And cooling!!! No night sweats from menopause...
