Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible terrible mattress DO NOT BUY! Worse brand in the industry we have had our mattress for 3 years and by far the worse decision we ever made is buying the mattress! We have had issues since day one and Tempur-Pedic USA does not stand behind the warranty and you end up wasting alot of money! We have all the pillows and everything to help and nothing makes this bed better no matter what we do!. We will be going and purchasing a new mattress this weekend and it will definitely not be a temperature pedic and I will share this everywhere to make sure noone wastes their money on this terrible products!

My wife slept through the night for the first time in years. (normally wakes up from being hot). The mattress is comfortable but it is taking me a little to get used to compared to old pillow top. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way to firm I love the Tempur-Pedic mattresses, and this is my 2nd mattress. I did my homework and went to a furniture store and laid on each mattress and firmness levels and decided that the medium hybrid would be the best choice. I don't know what the difference was from the mattress in the store and the mattress I had delivered, but the medium hybrid is Horrible!!!! I figured, it's new, it needs time to break in, so I gave it 2.5 months and I still hate it. First, it's so hard it almost feels like I have an extra heavy duty firm mattress. There is no sinking into this mattress, I lay on it and it feels like I'm on a slab of cement. 2nd, I got the Pro-Breeze because you're supposed to sleep cooler - I don't. I still get extremely hot and have to kick all the covers off. I'm so sad, because I really needed a comfortable mattress for my messed up back and this is making my back even worse. I'm still within my return/exchange range so it'll probably be going back, or I'll switch to a softer mattress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pressure Pain!! Bought this mattress after our eight year old TP mattress was destroyed in an interstate move. This mattress has brought us sleepless nights, numbness in limbs and aching shoulders, hips and backs. Cannot believe the difference in this TP mattress compared to our last one. We have purchased a mattress topper and it has helped slightly. We purchased new pillows as well....... Feel like we are throwing money down the toilet trying to make this mattress work for us. We were NOT offered the 90 day sleep trial because this mattress was a floor model (did not understand that's what we were buying when we purchased) and anyway we are well past that mark in trying to make adjustments to this mattress to make it comfortable. Our first TP was a firm; this one is a medium hybrid and it is SO uncomfortable! Haven't had a restful sleep on this mattress for six months now unless we take a sleeping pill!! So disappointed in the experience from one TP to another. Far too expensive to "throw" it away so likely will have to try other mattress toppers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forget it if the warranty is important to you. Apparently, the warranty is BS. I'm not sure anyone has any intention of actually honoring the warranty. Tempur-Pedic USA will not send out someone to verify if you can't prove the problem with a photo. I tried to create a photograph as described, but the breakdown of the inner portions of my mattress cannot be seen with this method. The problem is only where the weight of my hips pushes down on the mattress. My doctor prescribed this mattress to elevate pain in my hips from not being supported properly when I sleep. The Tempurpedic mattress was amazing and elevated my pain 100%. Now that it has broken down/warn down support material in the area where my hips rest, the pain is back with a vengeance. Over the time I have had the mattress, I have rotated it regularly as prescribed, but now the problem is in both sides. As a king mattress is almost square in shape, I have now turned the mattress crosswise (only a 1/4 turn). Now the bed fully supports my hips as intended. Exactly the way it did when the mattress new. The pain is gone because my hips are resting in a new, unharmed are of the mattress. But of course, now I have other problems because it doesn't fit on the bed frame anymore, it's too short and it looks really goofy. On another note, I have a Queen size version of this mattress that is 8 years older than this king we are discussing. It's 12+ years old total. It's perfect. Still as it was when it was new. No problems at all even though I used it for 8 years prior to buying this new king size version. It's now in the guest room where I go when the pain is too extreme to sleep in my own bedroom.
