Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did not work for us Although probably this is a great mattress for some, it did not work for us and had to be returned. I felt comfortable sleeping on the mattress and especially liked the feature of being able to remove the top cover for cleaning using it's well-built zipper. However, this mattress had an off-gassing smell that lasted at least 5 weeks. It is primarily a foam mattress with very little in coils. Foam does have an initial off-gassing issue, but for this mattress, it was extreme. We tried a variety of ways to reduce the smell to no avail. Also, the bottom of the mattress had a fabric cover which was installed with a flimsy zipper. I have no idea the purpose of this zippered portion and it was defective upon delivery. The mattress could not be repaired at our home and had to be returned. We ended up replacing it with a different brand that did not have an off-gassing issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed from the start We purchased the Probreeze approx 2-3 yrs ago. Started with King split. That did not work. The beds kept moving apart. We then purchased a king. They said we could put the king mattress on the twin bases. Never should have agreed to that. The bases still move apart even though we have a king mattress on them. Our biggest issue is that one side of the king mattress is lower than the other side. No matter where I start out when I go to bed, I always end up on the outside edge. I have actually FALLEN OUT! I am wondering if it is from the twin bases being tied together making the center higher than it should be. No reason to comment on the cooling aspect . . . I have far more serious issues with trying to stay on the mattress!! We try to laugh about this mess but it is clearly not funny. Spent lots of $$$ on this bed and are so disappointed.

When you get in, the mattress doesn't heat up like normal mattresses, it stays cool. I absolutely love it. I was worried I would get cold, but I don't. The mattress is firmer than I would prefer, so the first week of sleeping in it, my arms were numb because I am a side sleeper. I haven't had that issue since.

The mattress stays cool throughout the night, and I know when I enter the bed, it will cool me down perfectly for sleeping. My partner and I also find we move less throughout the night, which contributes to less sleep disturbances.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as my old one Old bed: Tempur-Pedic Cloud (bought about 15y ago with the back then 25y warranty) Rating: 5 Stars. New bed: Tempur-Pedic Breeze hybrid Medium = 2 Stars and maybe 1. We have had it for 3 months. Initially when we got it home we felt that it was too stiff and my wife and I had shoulder pain every morning. We are side sleepers. I weigh 175lbs and my wife much less. We went back to the store and they said it would break in and give it a chance. Now 3 months into it, we continue having bilateral shoulder pain. We are almost at the end of the "trial" period and ultimately we will most likely take it back. Just not sure if we will go with the same line but "soft" or just another brand entirely. Very frustrated and disappointed. Also the warranty is no longer 25y, it's 10y now. Just as a note, we are pretty picky and after we were having problems with our mattress, we returned to the store 5 additional times to try other ones made by Tempur-Pedic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Mattress and Useless Warranty We purchased two (2) twin Xl mattresses eight and a half years ago. The salesman told us that, yes they were expensive, but they will last us for 40 years. The structure on both mattresses have broken down and they are very, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Do not love them and are seriously considering replacing them with another brand. We have jumped through Tempurpedic's hoops to get satisfaction through the warranty that supposedly covers these mattresses. They approved the claim for my husband's mattress, but denied the claim on mine. They said the indentation on mine did not meet their .75" criteria and that the mattress cover was discolored due to water damage. The indentation on my mattress was much, much worse than on my husband's. When you lie down on mine, you literally sink into a deep hole. Very difficult to turn over or get out of bed! As to the discoloration - I have no explanation for that. All my mattresses have had good mattress pads on them since they were purchased. These mattresses have been in our current home since they were delivered. There has never been any kind of water or other liquid spilled on them. No roof leaks either. Their warranty review is based on pictures you send them. It's a joke!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Regret the purchase We purchased this mattress 3 year ago, and it was good for the first year but has steadily declined. It does not matter what position we put the bed in, if we rotate the mattress body pain is a thing. We slept in the guest bed to see, and it was definitely this mattress. I regret paying so much for a mattress we are going to have to replace. I am not sure if the foam has broke down, or what the problem is, but this mattress is awfully uncomfortable. My hips and knees hurt, and my back is tight every morning waking up. This mattress was the worst purchase, and the only way to get the cooling benefits is if you do not put a mattress cover on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible choice, never again DO NOT PURCHASE A TEMPUR-PEDIC MATTRESS!!! We purchased a Tempur-Pedic California King mattress for a very large sum of money and requested a refund as the mattress has a LARGE bump in the middle of the mattress after less than 4 months of use. While we were previous Tempur-Pedic owners for nearly 20 years, this experience just shows that you cannot trust the quality of the company products any longer. Terrible experience, horrible customer support, no empathy, and not reliable. NEVER AGAIN! We tried working with the company and their standard warranty response is "Sorry, your pictures do not show enough of a depression up to 3/4"", and this is without regard to how long you have used the mattress nor does it take into account that the middle of the mattress is higher than either side.

I also wake up feeling rested, often before my alarm goes off. I used to wake up in pain a few times a night which no longer happens. Love this bed! It did take awhile to get used it though and I'm glad I kept with it in the first month because the real sleep magic started happening around Week 5.

I am so excited to have found this mattress, because it hits every box of what I was looking for. My husband and I have had back and joint problems for as long as I can remember, and this has already helped to lessen the pain. I feel like my body molds to the mattress, but it doesn't feel like I'm sinking into it. It's very supportive but still soft. The quality is phenomenal, and I'm very pleased with how durable it feels. All of the seams are sewn well, and it's maintaining its shape with daily use. A huge feature is that it's cooling, and I don't wake up sweaty like I used to. Even when I'm just watching tv in bed I don't get as warm. It also has motion isolation so my husband and I don't feel when each other is moving or rolling over. This is a very high quality mattress, and it's shown by the quality of sleep it provides.

The mattress gently cradles and supports my body, creating a delightful cool sensation that makes me reluctant to leave my bed. Unfortunately I have to say its a lot firmer than I'm used to and I'm having a hard time getting to sleep . I have been told it can take 3 months to adjust to the hybrid beds but once you do they are the greatest things on earth to sleep on so I'm gonna give it a little longer . The mattress it's self is very nice and well made no funny smell like I've experienced before with a new mattress I really do hope I can get used to it .

When you lay down, it feels like you're floating in water. The temper-pedic matterial cradles your body and takes the pressure off of your muscle and skeletal system relieving joint, pain back pain, supports your neck. And it doesn't stop there. I am a hot sleeper. I constantly wake up sweaty. This is the first time I have never had that issue. I don't know how I function in life before this mattress because I'm finally getting a good nights sleep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Quality If you want a comfortable sleep, not feeling like you are lying on the floor nor on lumpy springs and are tired of sleeping in a hollow, please get this one. There is an amount of 'give' which is just right - not too much - to make you feel like you have hit the comfortable 'spot'! Do yourself a favor & get a cover for it which is resistant to liquids/moisture as they will cause degradation of the foam.

I can honestly say after sleeping on this bed for over a month I have never owned a better bed. Great for back and side sleepers, I love it. It's worth the money. This bed is somewhat firm. I love the cooling feature. The mattress cover is cooling also. I've never slept better. I have the aura ring which tracks my sleep. My score before receiving it was in the low 60's which is terrible, after sleeping on this mattress it's in the high 80's which is really good. Night and day difference. I would buy this mattress again and again. And In fact am getting another one for my son.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did not meet expectations, but ok. It is an adjustable bed and difficult to lead and get right without aches and pains from new bed and new sleeping patterns. I was ask if I was a hot sleeper and I said no, but once I got this bed, I realize it makes you hot. Great for the winter, but I live in Texas and hot hot hot. I did not shop around, went with the reputation, but think other beds might heave been and certainly cheaper. Little follow up once the bed delivered and paid for.

I think this is the bed I've been looking for all my life. No more pinching pain in my hips and shoulders, and it has reduced my night sweats. I'm also waking up far less times in the middle of the night. I barely feel my partner in bed with me, and we are both usually squirmy sleepers. My only complaint is that if you sit on the edge or lay too close to it, it sort of goes out under you. I truly, honestly love this mattress.

I have always struggled to find a good mattress that isn't too soft or too stiff and this one is perfect. It's firm enough for me not to feel like I sink into the mattress itself and I actually feel like it gives me enough support as I'm a side sleeper. Plus, this mattress does not make me feel hot at night which is a biiiiig positive. Definitely will be purchasing this for the rest of my family.

We both felt an immediate difference in how our backs felt after just one night! The medium firmness supports us both, I'm a side sleeper and he always ends up on his stomach. The cooling aspect is perfect for my husband, he now sleeps under the covers instead of on top! I'm very happy with this mattress and probably would have picked it out for myself, if I were out mattress shopping!

The first night I tossed and turned and couldn't get used to it. It's understandable because it's a new mattress. Once I was able to fall asleep, I woke up feeling relaxed. After adjusting to it, I now fall asleep normally and wake up feeling refreshed. I appreciate the hybrid effect of foam and coils. It feels firm at first and over a short period of time my body will slightly sink it. As a back and side sleeper, I prefer medium to firm mattresses and this one seems perfect for me. I no longer wake up with the aches and pains of the past. I have slept on foam mattresses before and usually run hot because of it but I don't have that same problem with this mattress. My sleep has improved and I no longer feel achy when I wake up.
