Returning Your Order In-Person

Enter our showroom parking lot from the Douglas Avenue entrance. When you arrive, drive along the west side of our store until you come across our Returns area.

Park your car in one of the return garage bays, turn your engine off, and leave your merchandise inside your vehicle. Enter the single door and make a right to enter the customer service center where you will be helped by one of our experienced customer service agents.

Our trained agents will assist you with completing your return and someone from our warehouse will unload your merchandise for you.
Returns & Cancellations
All returns and cancellations are subject to approval by Homemakers. Merchandise reselection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, mattresses, bed pillows, all Sauder brand products and delivery charges.
The following stipulations apply:
- Item must be in its original condition.
- Item must be accompanied by sales receipt within 30 days after pickup or delivery.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund.
