In-Store Clearance

• Unique and one-of-a-kind items available exclusively in our showroom at the Clearance & Outlet Center and not found online in our regular selection
• Inventory changes multiple times daily

Online clearance items are new-in-box directly from the manufacturer, therefore you can return online clearance items!

In-store clearance items are labeled as-is and cannot be returned.

Items can end up in our in-store clearance center for all reasons, but because each item limited and one-of-a-kind, you must act fast! Our in-store clearance center receives the following:

• Customer returns in like-new condition
• Light manufacturer defects
• Closeout specials
• Floor samples
• Unclaimed orders

This is different from our online clearance, though, which offers our regular selection of items at already deeply discounted prices.

Yes, we do offer layaway in the Clearance Center, but the following terms and conditions apply:

• All purchases require a minimum deposit of 25%. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, cash, cashiers check, or money order. No starter or temporary checks will be accepted. All checks will be deposited upon receipt.
• You have 30 days from the day the order is placed to cancel an order with a full refund. Refunds will be paid as stated below.
• You will be billed every 30 days. The payment amount will be 25% of the original balance. The balance will be paid in full after 3 billing periods.
• If a payment is not received by 7 days past the payment due date, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
• Special Order Items are subject to a 25% restocking fee per the Special Order Agreement. Restocking fees are based on the order total.
• Orders placed on the 1st through the 15th – the first payment will be the 15th of the following month. Orders placed on the 16th to the 31st, the first payment will be the 30th of the following month.
• You can prepay at any time without penalty.
