Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must Buy! Don’t listen to the bad reviews. To the people saying there is a difference with firmness and show room, yes there is. Show room furniture has been broken in by all the people who have sat, laid, kids probably jumping, etc. You would hope that your couch is firm upon arrival, lets you know it’s brand new. Break it in, lay on it, and it will become less firm. I love ours. You don’t sink in, provides back support, and maybe the guy whose wife’s feet didn’t all of a sudden touch the ground shrunk or she was sitting different. Couches are amazing and are water repellent, easy to clean. Considering the color, and having kids they do not get dirty. Highly recommend these couches!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Purchased this sofa a couple of weeks ago. July 24 looked at many sofas in many stores before choosing this one. In the store it was comfortable and my feet touched the ground when in store. The recline in store wasn’t as high as it is in my home. I dislike most everything about this sofa. The color is a nice grey and it isn’t as bulky as most recliners. This sofa is hard like concrete very uncomfortable, my feet do not touch the ground when sitting on it ant the height when reclined is oddly high. I’m not sure what the model in the store is but it was the sofa I wanted not the high hard piece of rock I got. Very dissatisfied and disappointed feel like I was baited and switched.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in the couch Love the couch , material . Had l year and 1/2 both seats sinking corner near armrest feels like the foam needs replacing. Had ext insurance which they say they don’t cover that’s normal wear and tear. Couch in perfect condition otherwise, quite disappointed for the money spent on this plus insurance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Extremely rock hard and high I was really trying to find a beautiful and impressive living room set. I showed these to my hubby online. He went into the store without me (running errands and stopped in)and said that they were really nice. I told him that if you like them to go ahead and get them because he NEEDS recliners. I hate them but whatever. Lol We ended up buying both the sofa and loveseat. It is extremely beautiful and worth the price. However the are rock hard and really really high! Extremely uncomfortable. I have been walking on the constantly to see if they will soften. Only time will tell

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I fell in love with this couch when I reclined in it for 20 minutes in the store (no exaggerating here I literally laid in it for 20 minutes while talking with the sales lady). It was not stiff or hard or uncomfortable at all. It arrived right before Christmas and it was hard as a rock. I thought eventually it would soften up after sitting on it (I am a plus size woman) but nope...still feels like I am sitting on a cement floor. I have severe back issues and that is why I bought this. I really didn't have the money to spend on it but I thought if would help my back feel better, it would be worth it. Now I have a couch I hate and I rarely sit in it. I wish I could return it. Definitely have buyers remorse.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hard as a rock, headrest useless I bought the sofa and loveseat, waited months to get it and once it arrived hated it. It looks almost the same as every other reclining sofa, but it so hard it's uncomfortable. It feels like you're sitting on fabric covered wood. There's no give, no plushness, so uncomfortable. Then there's the "reclining headrest" It's totally useless. I thought like other reclining headrests, it would adjust up and down or back, but all it does is more forward at an uncomfortable angle. If we were going to keep this piece of junk, we'd never use that feature. Paid all that money and got rid of it. Just sitting on it hurt your back and legs. Ashley isn't high quality to begin with, and this is typical of their furniture.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ***DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!*** DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY THIS COUCH.. I can’t believe Ashley can even sell this absolute garbage. Within weeks the sides of the cushions closest to the arm rests started sinking. At this point, still LESS THAN A YEAR later, we feel like we’re sitting at a 45 degree angle. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s also very squeaky and extremely uncomfortable. I’m so upset I spent so much money on this horrible purchase. It’s one of my only regrets in life… Maybe if you’re morbidly obese and you take up the whole width of the seat it would be even..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable and hard cushions I was so excited to get this sofa. We bought the sofa, chair, and loveseat. It was so comfortable in the store - I went a few different times to try it out. Unfortunately, the set that arrived to my home is the most uncomfortable furniture I have sat on. The cushions are hard and make your back and bottom hurt. No give at all. It has been almost a year and they have not softened. The sofa seat leans to one side though its cushion is a bit softer than the loveseat. Aggravates pressure points ever where and totally defeats the purpose of having a zero gravity lounger. Extremely disappointed as it replaced a horrible lazy boy set that fell apart within 5 years. I may have gotten a lemon but I doubt Ashley will replace, so I am stuck.
