The next steps in the shipping and delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the state of Iowa, or being shipped to an address outside the state of Iowa.

Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with shipping to an address outside the state of Iowa may request a shipping date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.

Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after pickup or delivery. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and shipping/delivery charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.

The Mattress on the other hand is a different story. I know this is about the boxspring and again I say it is perfect. The mattress not so much. I bought a firm mattress 3 years ago and it does not fit the bill anymore. When I sent in all the info about how unsatisfied I was all I got was a "hey we can give you another 40% so you can buy a bed that probably won't work for you". All I wanted was to return the bed due to it not being and doing everything that it promised... Now I sleep and wake up in pain.... unless I sleep on the floor!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grateful sleeper from Gift from God I am in my mid 70's and recently ordered a full tempur adapt medium hybrid mattress for my bedroom and a 2 inch flat foundation and a tempur adapt medium hybrid mattress for the twin bed in my guest room. Both purchases were perfect. My guest room is used by an older friend with scoliosis who needed the lower height and a great mattress. I needed a great mattress due to back pain. Both of us found we slept so much better on the new mattresses and with fewer interruptions during the night. A great mattress is a worthwhile investment at any age, but a gift from God as you get older.

I was very disappointment upon arrival. The base is very expensive for what it is. I don't like it at all but kept it as I needed it right away but I will not buy it again. If it was for my master bedroom, I would have definitely returned it. It is poorly constructed in my opinion and the fabric around could have been of a thicker or more durable material. I don't recommend it or go for the 2".
