Charcuterie Workshops

Join us Saturday, May 4th for three different kinds of hands-on charcuterie workshops in our store! Instructed by award-winning chef Allie Lanham, you are guaranteed to learn new valuable skills to make your board.
These events will have assigned seating. Please let us know the names of the people you are coming with or the names of the people you are purchased tickets for. Sign up for the charcuterie sessions below!

Brunch Themed Board: 10:30am – 12:00pm 

Traditional Themed Board: 1:00pm – 2:30pm 

Dessert Themed Board: 3:30pm – 5:00pm

Details

During all of these workshops, you will be provided with your very own personal board and ingredients! Chef Allie Lanham will guide you through the process of what it takes to transform these ingredients into a beautiful work of edible art! This workshop is designed to last about 1 hour and 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to immerse yourself into the world of charcuterie and become the hostess with the mostess!

Our Instructor

Chef Allie Lanham, owner of The Hangry Lady in Cedar Rapids is the instructor for our charcuterie workshop.
Allie has earned her degree in dietetics as well as a degree in culinary arts! She has been a chef at a few restaurants before opening her very own. The Hangry Lady specializes in charcuterie, but also has things like sandwiches, sweets and more available. We are beyond excited to be partnering with this award-winning chef and bringing you all things charcuterie.
