Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money We bought this bed and loved the way it slept. We both love a good firm mattress and this one was perfect for us for the first like 6 months. After that, we started noticing that the center was starting to swoop. We’ve now owned it two years and are getting to replace it. We’ve had to stuff full on pillows in the center under the mattress to get it to lay evenly. We’ve rotated it regularly as best as you can. You can’t flip it, but we have rotated it. Maybe we just got a bad one out of the bunch as I see other people love it but it’s the most uncomfortable mattress we’ve owned. Save your money, and buy something different.

I have always had insomnia and once I laid on this mattress I don't even remember going to sleep. It is so comfortable and has the right plush, it also has just the right amount of support. I felt so well and rested the next morning. It was the best nights sleep I have had in forever. My husband is usually extremely hot at night and this is the first time he has ever slept through the night and not complained about it being to hot. I can say for sure this mattress keeps you cool. I have recommended this mattress to all my friends and family.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from One huge expensive mistake After having slept on the I comfort memory foam and loving it my husband and I purchased the new guy comfort hybrid in October 2019 it has now been about 18 months and I have to say sleeping on this mattress is like sleeping on the road with potholes. I have had two back surgeries and all I want is a good nights sleep which I never get from this mattress I feel like I’m either sleeping uphill or downhill or in a hole it is by far the absolute worst buy my husband and I have ever made. My back hurts so bad when I wake up in the morning I could just cry. we would never recommend this mattress to anyone

It is a good firm bed ....it feels soft enough to keep you afloat with strong support underneath. I love firm beds and enjoy this bed. A small con is that you may feel “stuck” or sunken depending on position that you were in. This doesn’t happen often but I’ve already encountered this. I think this is due to memory foam. I think over time this bed may loose its firmness due to memory foam giving way. Honestly I think this bed can last as it is for 5 years....10 years if you are really lucky and just have kids or lightweight people sleep on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was a little hesitant about this mattress because I've never been a big fan of memory foam. WOW, did the iComfort CF4000 Hybrid Firm change my mind. I used to wake up at least 4 times a night, since we've had this mattress I haven't woken up in the middle of the night once! My husband is a very loud snorer and I used to have to tell him several times to "roll over, you're snoring." I don't know if I'm just sleeping better or if the mattress is helping his snoring but either way I'm a very happy camper. I would recommend this mattress to anyone and everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and High Quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta iComfort CF4000 Quilted Hybrid Medium mattress is comfortable and of high quality. It definitely provides more support than my older mattress. I can feel the mattress matching the contour of my body when I get on it, which is what a proper mattress should have. With the amazing support, I can also feel the tension on my back relieved after a long day. I love how the temperature is just right since I have a hard time sleeping when it is too hot. Overall, it is really sturdy, the material is durable and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new mattress.

First its super easy too remove and put on my bed. It sit up high and more easier for me too get out of the bed. This mattress is so so plush, soft, comforms too my body and really supports it, it elevates my head and back evenly at night, easier for me to turn at night and it keeps my back firm and even.Its also keeps my body heat temperature even and body warm on very cold nights. Its also makes your body much more relaxed and at easy which makes me gets more sleepy and once asleep you stay sleep and sleep very well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Cooling Effect [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iComfort CF4000 Plush Serta mattress has a very nice cooling effect. I tend to overheat in the evening while sleeping, and this bed does help with this issue. The bed did have a foam smell, but it dissipated after a couple days. The bed is plush and has a medium firmness in my opinion. It took my arthritic back a couple days to get used to the memory foam firmness of the mattress. This mattress works with an adjustable support base. We are most happy with the cooling effect of the mattress. living in Arizona, and with my overheating issue. I recommend this mattress for it's plush support and cooling effect.
