The next steps in the delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the state of Iowa, or outside the state of Iowa.

Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with delivery outside the state of Iowa may request a delivery date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.
Charges for out-of-state deliveries are contingent upon the shipping address, product weight and other shipping factors. Your delivery charges will be calculated during checkout.

Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and delivery/shipping charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Refunds are currently taking 3 weeks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bacon422 from Love the Lights Love the style of this bed, that there are some options on the height of the bed, and I absolutely LOVE the lights. Had a little trouble getting the very first board of the headboard connected, and had to drill the hole out a touch more than usual - but after a call to Homemakers, they more than made up for that. Would definitely buy it again!
