I tried various pillows at many stores, but they all flattened out during the night, and I woke with neck pain. Finally, I decided to try a pillow from Temperpedic. I sleep on a Temperpedic mattress , and my joint issues went away. I did not buy a pillow from Temperpedic at the time we bought the mattress due to the price. I bought this pillow on line, and as soon as I placed my head on the pillow, I knew it was going to work. The pillow holds its shape which cradles your head and neck all night long. It has a nice soft texture to it, and it works on my side or my back. I did get the one for the side sleeper. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who does not like a pillow going flat during the night. All my neck issues are gone. Wonderful pillow even for the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable pillow [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a king-size memory foam pillow to replace a smaller one that I really love but is a different brand. I am very happy overall with the TEMPUR-Adapt ProHI. It is a little higher than my prior pillow, and I think I'd give it 5 stars if it were slightly lower with the same firmness, but it has not affected my sleep, just an adjustment period to the new feel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality and ver well made Unfortunately I can't use it. I have had major back surgery with rods. I ordered the High and should have ordered the mid/medium size. I have only been able to use it for less than a week with not good results. Make sure you read the return policy, which I didn't. I love Tempur Pedic Pillows I have owned one for years. This is a great pillow I just ordered the wrong replacement. Guess I just keep using my old contour one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have suffered with neck problems for years and this is the only pillow I have ever owned that completely takes away the pain. As soon as I switched to this pillow my neck pain completely disappeared! The only downside is that it takes a couple of weeks to break in, but once it does, it will be the best pillow you will ever own! The cooling feature is also wonderful!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good quality but We were so impressed with our tempurpedic bed so we bought 2 pillows to go with our bed. Quality is really good. Sure enough it'll last for a very long time unlike any other pillows. My only complain is, it hurts my back. My husband had the same complain. It was an expensive purchase that we ended up using cheaper pillows. Maybe the mid is too high for us or the pillow is not soft enough. Thats what I am thinking.

I usually have issues with other pillows going flat after a week of use, but this pillow's going strong after more than a month of use. But the reason I bought it was because I sleep hot and wanted a cool pillow. It was as though I was sleeping wrong before I got this product. My hot head has never been cooler.

They don't get hot and they seem to fit my head and neck in the most ergonomic way. I don't wake up throughout the night flipping and scrunching pillows as I did with my old pillows looking for a comfortable fit. I now wake up refreshed and no more neck and shoulder pain. I highly recommend these pillows.

It was particularly important to have had this summer which has been very hot. And it is great support and more comfortable than any other pillow I have had. As soon as I put my head on the pillow, I am able to relax. It does not wake me up at night when I change positions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst pillow I ordered Tempurpedic Prohi king size pillow around 3 weeks ago and I am already having difficulty sleeping on it due to reasons below. The pillow sinks in and becomes completely flat in less than 15mins and the entire night I have to keep adjusting my neck and head for the pillow to reset. Now, I am having neck pains since pillow completely lays flat 90% of the time in the night and pillow lacks to provide support for my neck. It has only been 3 weeks and the pillow already has formed head impression on one side. This is an expensive pillow, that I have invested into and don't appreciate having these problems so early on. I contacted the company in regards to above issues and they told me that they can't help me. Worst customer service. Please don't buy this pillow-it's totally hyped up and not worth the money at all. I would have given only half star if there was an option. Never joking to buy any Tempur pedicure products.

They are hard and very uncomfortable. We were hoping it was just a matter of breaking in the pillow but so such luck. We continue to experience sore necks. We were expecting a better product for the high cost of the pillows. A big thumbs down!

After using this pillow for two weeks my pain is gone in my neck and shoulder and is so much better in my arm. I've indergone cortisone injections and numerous therapies and nothing helped. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pillow No Regrets. The first night you're going to think wow this is hard and potentially be worried you bought a pillow you can't return. Give it time. It softens and really does adapt over the next few nights. As for the cooling, eh, it's more breathable, but don't expect it to be cool for long where your head is. It doesn't make me sweat though and I do sleep hot.

A great all around memory foam-type pillow that won't make you sweat. It is cool to sleep in, and great in offering comfort. It has improved me sleep too.

I've been using the pillow for over 2 weeks and have woken up headache free every morning, so far (results may vary). I sleep soundly and it has relieved my neck pain. Even my husband, who used to use a virtually flat pillow, now uses this same pillow in the low model and no longer complains.

I generally sleep on my side and am 6'4" and slim. I couple this with one of the amazing tempur pedic body pillows which complement each other very well!

If I had been able to test one in the store I'd probably have picked the medium height, but this pillow seems durable and well made. If you are a side sleeper, you might get a crick in your neck. Back sleepers, rejoice.

The pillow does keep cool, but as for the memory foam, it makes me feel as though I was sold a knock off product. I did buy this direct from the website. Overall, I am disappointed with my product

Unfortunately I bought the high pillow and it does not align my neck correctly and there's pain. I'll have to wait to buy the next size down I love the feel and the cooling. Just wish for paying all this money there was a return policy. They are quite expensive

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent pillow for injury support As I stated in my Body Pillow review, 6 months ago I was involved in a pedestrian vs truck accident. Body pillow review is up, here is my take on this pillow. After having a really bad time with my back, neck and overall my body I needed to change some things up to help with my recovery. Came across Tempurpedic and decided to give the pillows a try. I contacted a rep and sought more info on this particular pillow. The Tempur Pro Adapt Mid +Cooling is a phenomenal pillow. My whole body being pretty banged up required delicate care and these pillows have been a wonder. Its not a feather down pillow that you see at the luxury hotels, it's so much more comfortable and enjoyable to sleep on. With all the pain in my body, these pillows have been a great support in my recovery. I honestly will not use any other product after having used this because of the support and care it has provided me in my recovery. Hopefully next year I will be pain free and fully recovered!

Warranty department was wonderful when the zipper from our first one broke. They replaced it, no questions asked. Only had to pay for shipping. Thank you Tempur-Pedic, for giving us better nights sleep.

But when we got the boxed product, labeled Cooling Pillow ProMid, they were rather soft and with not enough head support. I would recommend it as a soft pillow, but not as medium.

I bought the 'super soft' because in the past tp pillows have been too hard for me, but this one is perfect. The only con is it was smaller than I thought, so I had to order a King and a Queen:-). LOVE THEM!!!!!
