In-Home Delivery Guidelines
Before we can deliver your furniture, here's what you need to know:
- Due to safety policies, our delivery personnel are required to wear shoes without coverings to prevent slipping.
- Please ensure you have a clear and accessible path inside your home for our delivery personnel.
- Driveways and sidewalks must be clear of snow and ice to provide clean accessibility to your home.
- Delivery personnel cannot move existing items that are already inside your home.
- Delivery personnel are not required to wear masks or face coverings when delivering merchandise unless requested by customer.
