Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to think I got good enough sleep before my pillow purchase, but I was very wrong... As soon as my head hits my Tempur-Pedic pillow every night, I feel relieved. The pillow contours towards your head in the most comfortable way imaginable. My only minor complaint is I wish the cooling aspect of the pillow stayed colder as you lie in bed for a while reading, or watching TV. To close, I would highly recommend this pillow for a better night's sleep... I won't travel without it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Screwed on a pillow purchase The pillow should not be called a "pillow" because it flattens to nothing when laid on. It is worthless as any kind of pillow. The retailer doesn't want anything to do with a return and Temper-Pedic will not return it either. I think it is a scam they obvious are pulling because they know this problem but allow it to continue by selling a product that is horrible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too soft This Queen LuxBreeze is replacing our 18 year old TempurPedic. We shopped in the TP store and Mattress Firm for expert advice. I am a side sleeper with hip and shoulder pain who sleeps hot and my husband is a side and back sleeper who has a bad back. With the help of the experts, we choose the LB Soft. Well, it's not working for us, especially for my husband who has resorted to sleeping on the couch because that is more comfortable for his back. We also replaced our Ease adjustable base for the Ergo because it has the lumbar support. If we try to increase the lumbar support, the foot of the bed goes down so the lumbar goes back to neutral. We are grateful that we can exchange the mattress for a different model, but are very nervous to make another mistake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best sleep I've ever had [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Tempur Pedic Adapt Pro Mid Cooling pillow, I can finally actually rest and sleep through the night. I used to wake up with neck and back pains or not sleep through the night at all, tossing and turning. The Tempur Pedic pillow supports my head and neck perfectly, is not too hard nor too soft and has not lost its shape at all yet. It's still as bouncy as it came out of the package! Also, the cooking feature truly does work and makes for comfortable sleep. Amazing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Worth It For years, I fawned over this pillow in stores. A few weeks ago, I finally gave in to the price and got one. I was excited about the cooling cover but once you put a case over the pillow it's basically non-existent. In fact, the foam absorbs your body heat and warms up. The comfort of the foam is fine, but I probably should have bought the low profile pillow instead of the mid as I wake up with some stiffness in my neck. I went in with high expectations. The pillow has not lived up to them and has left me disappointed.

I went to several stores and tried many different pillows, but this one seemed to do the job better than any I tried. I sleep better now and feel more rested. I love the cooling effect of the pillow as I'm a warm sleeper. If there was one thing I'd like it would be if this pillow was made in a firm type pillow rather than a medium. I'd prefer a very firm pillow, but this one is adequate.

My husband was skeptical at first then after 2 nights, he could not believe we hadn't invested in them before! We both are sleeping better. I'm not waking up in the middle of the night hot with my medical condition. Next up, mattress!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pillows I ordered the pro-mid pillows. Once I got the ones I actually ordered, I was very happy. I have had issues with my back and neck that required physical therapy. I have spent a lot of money on various pillows trying to find one I could actually use. When I tried this one in the store, I felt it would work for me. I was very disappointed when they sent the wrong pillow. That one absolutely would not work for me. Once I got the right one, I was very happy. However, my husband does not like it. It is too firm for him.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The king pillow is too short & hot First impression this pillow does not fit or fill a king size pillow case. My pillow case cannot stay in place because the king size prolo is too small. I slept for 1.5hrs. I find myself waking up hot I saw cooling but there is not cooling its strictly to touch. I need a pillow that keeps my head cool during the night not my hand. For the price of being stuck with a pillow this high in cost. Its soft..But NOT WORTH IT THE COST! if you charge the same price as the prohi product shouldn't it be the same length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Pillow! I am a stomach and side sleeper and I've tried a lot of different pillows, but the Tempur-pedic adapt pro hi with cooling is by far the best! One side is cool no matter what and both sides are very comfy! I expect nothing less from Tempur-pedic! Highly recommend for all kinds of sleepers, even back sleepers! I sleep like a baby every night no matter what position I fall asleep in. I even dream about it when I'm awake! A must get! No complaints at all except that I sleep so good that I don't wake up sometimes!

Standard pillows left me restless and unable to sleep, leading to more pain. The right pillow makes a huge difference in my overall health. I would not hesitate to buy this pillow again!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I liked it, but it was too tall and caused pain I am a side sleeper, so I got this pillow, even though I have a medium frame. Side sleepers need somewhat firmer pillows and they need to have some loft to them. I can't sleep on too firm of a pillow so I thought the medium feel of this pillow would be perfect, which it was, however it was too high and caused me a lot of neck and shoulder pain. If it were 4.5 inches or even 5 inches tall it would be the perfect pillow. It is too bad. When I tried the mid, it seemed to be too soft for me. It is unfortunate, it doesn't seem any of these new pillows are designed with any real or thought of the average person that may be a side sleeper. It is a good pillow, and my husband loves it, he has a much larger frame and is a side sleeper. I would recommend this pillow, but it would depend on your size.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Adapt pro pillow The product itself is wonderful. Unfortunately, this particular pillow doesn't work for me. I wish I would've gotten something, not as thick. I wake up with neck pain in the morning. My husband on the other hand absolutely loves his pillow. Personally, I think it's built for a larger person. Unfortunately, we can't return pillows (which I understand) so I'm stuck with the very expensive pillow that I can't use.

This pillow works well for me, and I recommend it highly with the only qualification being that it is a bit firm, so you probably want a lower version (in height) than you expect. I ordered the mid-height and probably should have ordered the low profile model; still, it is simply wonderful for sleeping on my side. It does accomplish what it is advertised to do, so I am quite pleased with it

I used to love thin pillows but this pillow offers NO SUPPORT in a King because there's hardly no material to keep your head up. I woke up with the worst back and neck pain after sleeping on this pillow with my new Tempurpedic mattress. Worst decision ever! My mattress is amazing but this pillow gave me the worst knot in my back. I switched to the Pro-Hi pillow in a king and that pillow is now my favorite. Don't waste your time with the Pro-Lo!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sleeping pillows I own all of the models of the new pillows- lo, mid, and hi This review is for the Lo model. It's extra soft and has the thinnest profile. I love the new removable cooling covers. They achieve that cooling by extra dense fibers that inherently maintain a lower temperature feel even with washing. I use these lo pillows when i'm sleeping on my back with my firm mattress. When sleeping on my side, I prefer a larger pillow like the mid version. Awesome quality, worth the $.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cooling and Soft low profile [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great for back sleepers, it's got a very low profile, not a big puffy pillow. I do like it and it is cool, but it does warm up after a while. And if you don't like a flatter pillow don't get this low profile. It's very soft and lightweight not heavy like some of their other models. I like this pillow it's especially nice to sit up with my adjustable base and watch tv. Because it isn't so thick and puffy.

Might need to bring it with me next time. I love this pillow. I've had it a year now and it's just as good as ever. It's got the perfect bounce back and softness while being very supportive. I no longer wake up with a stiff neck. It keeps me pretty cool on hot nights, but it do wish it were a little cooler, as Southern California summers are hot

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the "wow' factor I was expecting Both my wife and I tend to overheat at night, and we have tried various cooling pillows over time. We purchased a set of the Hydraluxe air pillows a few years, which we loved and used nightly. However, these pillows have aged and we wanted a replacement. After review the many positive review of this Tempur cooling pillow, we thought we would try one to start (knowing the cost). After receiving it, both my wife and I took turns sleeping on it. We felt that the pillow becomes too warm after a period of time. Knowing that we could not return the pillow (understandably), after a short time, we stopped using the pillow. As far as comfort, we also felt it was a bit too stiff. I'm sure that can be worked out over time. Maybe during the summer months, we will try it again, but we are having a difficult time becoming use to the pillow.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need to use with a softer pillow We purchased 2 pillows, as we weren't sleeping well with out old pillows. I found my new pillow to be way too firm, almost like resting my head on a sack of flour. I use it together with a very soft down pillow on top, and sleep well-but only if I use. the softer pillow. If they had a softer version, it might be perfect. (We saw only one firmness option.) My husband likes his pillow, and uses it alone. He slept better the first night and continues to do so.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Prolo Cooling I am not disappointed in the the pillow but I am very disappointed in the size. I bought a king pillow but the size is about a standard size pillow. When I pay this much for a pillow I expect the correct size. It rolls around in the pillow case so I was constantly adjusting it. I have a Tempur pedic pillow now that I love but I have had it for years and wanted to update. I am sure it is a great pillow but not at all happy with how small the king is.

I love how my husband's movements (he generally moves a lot when he sleeps) don't affect me anymore. I barely feel his movements! Now, if only we had a bigger blanket! I honestly wouldn't change a thing about this mattress except for the price... Although, I'd still invest in this again in a heartbeat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stays Cool but Too Thick Definitely stays cool. Just too thick for a medium pillow in my opinion. Tried giving it time to adjust but I continuously kept waking up with neck pain or a kink. The low profile probably would've been a better choice. Unfortunately the pillows don't come with the same return policy as the mattress so I'm stuck eating the cost of a very expensive pillow. Honestly would've never bought the pillow if I knew the outcome would be this.
